Friday night, Connahs Quay look value to beat Porth an nearly evens. Hope to find a price near to evens before the game.
Carmarthen away to Cwm at Evens or better looks like a good price to me.
Could be interested in Welshpool away at Rhyl at the Belle Vue at nice looking odds too.

Aberystwyth v Bangor

Following Bangors abject showing at home to Airbus in midweek where they lost 2-1 FFS I can't see them returning from Aberystwyth with much. Aber in midweek comfortably saw off Newtown 3-1 and for me the in form Glyndwr Hughes can cause the Citizens defence all sorts of problems here. He's scored 5 in 5 and will be keen to expose Bangors defence which has been far too porous for their liking of late.

Aberystwyth 7/10 @ 2.25 expekt

Cwmbran v Carmarthen

Cheesed off I missed out on the evens the 365 were offering earlier on! Carmarthen will be looking to bounce back from their poor showing at Porthmadog where they lost 3-0 in midweek. Cwmbran away provides them with the perfect chance to do just that. Cwmbran havent won since November and have been in freefall ever since then. Managers have gone as have players, the clubs just been fined for fielding 2 ineligable players and they even failed to beat a side worse than them in the Grange Quins!

Carmarthen 6/10 @ 1.9 bet365

ReasoningCwmbran are heading for relegation from the top-flight in Wales. They were handed a temporary reprieve Thursday after being fined by the FAW for fielding two ineligible players but this is yet to go in front of the Wlesh Premier League secretary. Given that they are already in the bottom 2 and have not won since November, any points deduction may cement their relegation. This run without victory has seen them pick up 4 draws (2 against the Quins) and 10 defeats.

Carmarthen have been a little inconsistent away from home this year, picking up 4 wins amongst 4 defeats on their travels, although it can be said that they have been playing some of the better sides during this period. Their 7 away victories away from home this season looks more impressive given that this will be their first game against 1 of the bottom 3.

Carmarthen should be too strong here for Cwmbran. I would expect Cwmbran to put up a spirited fight but an away win is expected and with odds close to evens, it has to be taken.

other thoughts;

Connahs Quay are making decent progress in moving away from the relegation zone - their form is average, which is better than their rivals, and are picking up valuable wins. They face a Porthmadog team who aren't great away from home. Connahs should have more drive as Porth are no longer playing for anything this year (cwmbran and quins wont get anywhere near them and they are not good enough to challenge for a European spot).
Home win.

Haverfordwest v Llanelli - the draw sepcialists v the team yet to draw in the league this term. Haverfordwest have only recorded 2 home wins since november and they were against cwmbran and the quins. They have failed to kill the game off several times of late and this is where the slightly higher class of Llanelli can capatilize.
Llanelli to win (if you want to play safe, use the draw as a saver)

Some tough games to call this weekend, so thats it for me.

Carmarthen was a shocker, couldn't see it happening to be fair.
Aberystwyth beating out of sorts Bangor ensured some profit for me.
Turning into a very unpredictable league at the moment, some very bizarre results in the last 2 months.
