Can anybody help me???

I was wondering if any other PL members would be able to e-mail me a copy of their betting spreadsheet? I only need a simple one ie.to keep a record of stkes,wins and losses etc. I did have one but I seem to have lost it somewhere on my PC and cannot find it, stupid I know!

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can help me out here. Thanks in advance.
