I've got £20 on Stranraer to win at 2.37
£20 on County at 1.90
£5 on Stran HT/FT at 4.00
£5 on County HT/FT at 3.

Couldnt resist a bit more of Stranraer. so another 20pts put on them at 2.37.

I cant help but think these foriegn duds at raith are going to get a real doing tonight. Stranraer havent lost for an amazing 15 games! they are excellent at home. Raith have injury concerns, a long trip down the road, the conditions they won't fancy. need I say more!

Well I usually keep away from betting on Scottish football coz it uckinF baffles me.

It's difinitely baffled me today because all you guys are telling me that the Morton game is off, even the BBC website says it's of (and that's the most useless sports site Ive ever been on for latest news) yet they are still offering odds against it on Betfair.

Anyway, Im taking the (hopefully) excellent advice on Stranraer and Komp's advice to go against Arbroath.

It may be my last venture into Scottish football

A few early goals going in for the short priced favs

Peterhead 1-0 up after 4 minutes
St Mirren 1-0 after 5 minutes
Airdrie 1-0 after 10

What you then find is concerning is that Forfar now lead at St Mirren by 5-1

St Johnstone losing 1 nil to alloa, Berwick losing to elgin, peterhead drawing with east stirling!

brilliant !!, I had a wager on stranraer due to the general concensus of those who thankfully took the time to push stranraers case. although barely into the season, a major result has been had tonight with that

Pretty happy with the Stranraer tip, as due to putting a fair bit more on them tonight it covered the loss of my Berwick St J and Falkirk treble. What were St Johnstone up to!

Have to say also, Forfar are a team to keep an eye on. They are my home team and I have contacts on the inside so that should help. Seen them twice this season, but never went to Paisley tonight, I know I should have. Think Shields is suspended at weekend so wouldnt jump on them to beat Alloa

Im glad Stenhousemuir came in for you Onedun as i wasnt so much tipping Stenny on the night just advising caution on Arbroath (never saw your post hidden on the bets thread George) Arbroath deserved to win till the 70th minute and i can only take Stenny as being a bad side still from this performance. Be looking to go against them myself at the mo. Scored some nice goals though they say.

Anyone reckon Stranny hero Turnball is infact our very own Turns05? He was playing Third Div footie last year. I reckon it is. Might pm him. Where are you Turns?
