Chelsea sign Anelka for £15 million. Decent enough but in transfers fee's he's now generated £84,800,000

Has nobody told Grant about Anelka??? Personally I think he is well suited to a club like Bolton where he is the main man, at clubs with big players he soon leaves coz he doesn't know how to fight for a place in the first team hence he always signs contracts with an option to leave at anytime. Will he last the full 4 years? I doubt it very much. "Anelka has been in and out of the Prem as many times as beckham's changed his hair style lol" bad boy bad

Wigan have completed the signing of midfielder Wilson Palacios on a three-and-a-half year deal from Honduran club Deportivo Olimpia and the 23-year-old has been given international clearance to feature in Wigan's match with Derby on Saturday.

Who?

Hibernian have accepted at £2m bid from Birmingham for David Murphy and he is heading down south for talks. Just on Sky Sports News now...

As a Hibs fan I am sad to see Murphy leaving but he has been an excellent servant to the club for the past 4 years..

Hutton signed by spurs from rangers for £8m to rise to £10m

absolutely staggering amount of money for an average footballer who Rangers couldnt shift for £500,00 18 months ago, Ramos saying he has never seen him only adds to another dodgy deal from dodgy dave
( david murray ) - j lewis major spurs shareholder has big money in rangers as well, must be allover this. Hutton's wife is heavily pregnant and he has stated countless times he wanted to stay at rangers on 1/2 the money he was on as he and his family are happy up here.

Another Boumsong to me - Souness this time, another close friend of dodgy dave's who paid £8M for newcastle to rangers for a player rangers got on a bosman a couple of months earlier, and turned out to be p1sspoor.

If David Murray told me this is 2008 Id double check the calendar.

I don't see much scottish football these days, but Hutton has always looked very impressive whenever I've seen him for Scotland; strong, fast, good passing range. He'll do very well in the EPL

I wouldnt disagree, infact I constantly debated with my rangers fan mates that he was there best player against us and up until 3 months ago they said ( and the general consensous of rangers fans ) he was useless, but £10M ?? weve just bought a 26 yr old 16 times german international fullback from seville who was bought to replace Alves if he went, for £1.7M how Hutton ( was nicknamed mutton here ) is worth £10M is beyond me until dodgy dave gets involved, with his money pals.

Everytime we buy someone big or win a title Murray announces another casino being built on ibrox, or the rebuild of the stadium or linked to someonehe knows he wont buy - he plays the rangers fans like a fiddle as his yarns seem to appease them everytime.

Murray famously said " for every fiver Celtic put down we will lay down a tenner " but for the last 2 mins of 2 games we would be going for 8 titles in a row and dodgy dave knows weve got him at an armslength.

I hope it works out for Hutton, nice guy, hard working pro and family man, just that when dodgy dave is involved and there are millions flying around the place reeks of balancing books.

Celtic have signed Barry Robson from Dundee United for around 1.25m.

We have also agreed compensation for Ben Hutchinson who had agreed a pre-contract with Celtic so that he will join immediately.

Hibs have signed Colin Nish from Kilmarnock for 100k and Algerian international Abderaouf Zarabi.
