Haven't had much time to think about these game this week, but a few spread plays appeal.

An intriguing quote on the four Trophy games is offered by SportingIndex - cross goals at 34 to buy. The make-up is home goals times away. This market usually falls somewhere below the spread, and is there to attract buyers, so it's usually one to avoid. But when the market is smaller - four games instead of 12 for a typical BlueSQ Prem weekend - the difference between the typical make-up and the buy figure is usually closer. I rate the goal potential of three of the matches as higher than any of the spread firms go. It's risky, but I'm buying.

With the excellent Paul Lorraine missing in the Woking defence, I think Northwich might have a decent chance of landing a decent point there. A sell of Woking's mini is perhaps the way to go, but I am also thinking of selling the time of the first Northwich goal. Aaron Burns was tempting enough to buy on the player goal minutes market at 12.

The Trophy games have myriad possibilities, but my only trade so far is a buy of Ebbsfleet's John Akinde's goal minutes at 15 away at Burton, who still has something of the unknown quantity about him for the home defence - he's strong, clever and should work himself a chance or two.
