ReasoningWe all know how mighty Chelsea is. They have at least two good players on every position and no matter who is playing, everybody is giving his best in order to keep his place in the first team.

Fulham is playing very bad lately. They are losing frm every one and they are without win for over a month. Their last win was on 11 February against WBA and since then they lost all their matches (i think)

I really liked when Chelsea scored late winner against Tottenham and I must say that I haven't seen any other team to have so much joy whn they already won the Premiership. They was happy like they won the World Cup. CHelsae is having great atmosphere in the team and that is why Chelsea is alawys good bet. Now playing agaisnt Fulham who is in poor form and lost 5:1 from Liverpool on Wednesday.....

Clear away win for me.

ReasoningNewcastle was plying great until the last round when they were trashed by Manchester (more precisely Rooney). But they concede the first goal from huge mistake by their own defender and that crashed their hopes.

Liverpool although won 5:1 in their last match against Fulham, are not shining. They are having huge problems with their attackers. Biggest problem for Liverpool this season was (is) scoring. They are controling the game but when their attackers shoould score they are failing to do that.

Newcatle is very strong in front of their own fans and they are ready to bonce back after the shameful loss from Manchester United in the last round, but I think that they are not capable to beat Liverpool at this time. Also I think that Liverpool problem with scoring will prevail again and Draw is my best choise

I had a good day yesterday with the football, i had a fiver left over in my SJ account.

So i made a treble, that arsenal, everton and spurs would win.

And they all did with flying colours!!

Returned £27 lol

Now im thinking of making another trebles for, chelsea, bayern munich and liverpool to win it will retun £155.

What are your guys opinions on the liverpool match? Im abit nervous about it.

I havnt placed my bet tho yet.

Ben, while your first two picks seem like likely winners and good foundations for your treble, the Liverpool pick is a bit of a coin toss IMO.
If you are looking to reinvest and feel the need to put on a treble, there are plenty of good picks in the Euro Leagues section. There may be something a bit tastier there for you.
Remember any winning bet is essentially a good bet, if you can't make your mind up, let it run as a double and await better opportunities.

GL with whatever you pick

Fulham v Chelsea
Fulham in very poor form and have just come off the back of a hammering from Liverpool they have lost 4 on the bounce, conceding 12 in the last 3 games. Chelsea are by far the better side and are looking for their 4 straight league win. Chelsea have no injury worries, Fulham will have Bridge missing.

ReasoningChelsea have won 4 of their last 5 games and should see off Fulham who have lost their last 4 games conceding 14 goals. Chelsea have 10 wins out of 14 away from home.

Roma had 12 consecutive away wins before a 1-1 home draw to Inter and a surprising defeat to Ascoli. They will look to bounce back though against Messina who have just 1 win in the last 7.

ReasoningFulham are in dire form at the moment and although a better side at home, they were ripped apart by Arsenal a couple of weeks ago conceding 4 goals. Liverpool, notoriously goal shy this season even scored 5 in midweek. Realistically, you have to envisage Chelsea scoring at least twice here, which means that as long as Fulham dont score twice against Chelsea's miserly defence, our money is at least guaranteed to be retuned.

Going for the over (2.5 g) in the Fulham v Chelsea match @ nice odds of 2.06 available @ Betdaq (10 pts)

My reasoning from Sports-punter:

Can't see why the over is @ odds-against here. Fulham in terrible form and the way they concede means even Chelsea can come out of their shell and score more than once. Moreover, the stats say so as well. Fulham's L6 were overs, Chelsea's L6: 3 overs and 3 unders (the unders saw two goals each) and L2 overs. L5 H2Hs were overs as well (won by Chelsea and, interestingly, with Fulham scoring in each of them).

Am I the only one who thinks Newcastle are overpriced to beat Liverpool today at 3.75 (betfair)?

Whilst Liverpool finally found the net more than once against Fulham in the week. This is a Fulham side who have not won away all season and shipped 34 goals in 16 away games. Prior to this Liverpool were very disappointing against Arsenal and in both legs against Benfica. True at home, Liverpool are a very strong side, but their away form is nothing special. 5 wins from 14 games this season.

Now Newcastle were poor against Man Utd last week, but the good run under Roeder was bound to come to an end. At home this season they have won 7, drew 5 and lost just 2. Now in my eyes that's a pretty good home record, particularly when they've had Souness in charge for most of the season! They've got the 6th best home defensive record, despite having Boumsong & Bramble at the heart of their defence for most of the season. Their main problem has been finding the net, but now that the likes of Emre and Dyer are fit, and Solano has returned to form, they are looking more like the Newcastle of old.

Although I think 3.75 is a great price, I'm more inclined to go with the safer option of Newcastle on the 0 Asian handicap at 2.59 (betfair).

ReasoningFulham are having a terrible time at the moment conceding lots of goals 4 to Arsenal and 5 to Liverpool, last time these 2 played on boxing day and score was 3 - 2 to chelsea, didn't think i would get over evens for this.

the over call looks a good call jmac,

the last 4 head to heads have all been over,
all of fulhams last 6 games have been overs,
3 of chelsea's last 4 have been overs.

Overs looks like a good call, but Chelsea's numerous 2-0 wins have me slightly worried - going for overs @ 2.08 on BF, with a small saver on 0-2 @ 7.4

ReasoningFulham will host mighty Chelsea today... On the other side, Chelsea will play against one of the best home teams in EPL. Fulham is on the 16th position at the table, but the key of their poor position is their away record... Sixteen matches and only three points (three draws) disaster! Now, they hope to win at least one point as they have really good home record: 9-2-3, thats seventh in the league. On the other side, Chelsea comes from defeated against Barcelona in Cl and lucky win over Tottenham (winner scored in injury time for a 2-1 win). Chelsea is of course big favourite to win this game, and I believe that this match will be played in ther style... So, under 2.5 goals looks like a good opetion + the odds are really good. Medium stake

good idea jaded - 0-2 cover is a good backup.

liverpool looked well on top against newcastle, until ameobi scored. i still fancy the reds to win at the mo.

1.32 on betfair at the moment.

Diop goal mins 2-4, BUY. Bethilo (and presumably Sporting Index as well)

Diop has a great record live on Sky, scoring in a lot of the games he plays in. Small stakes buy at this spread looks very tasty, especially given the earlier posts in favour of this going overs.

Fulham 1-0 Chelsea HALF-TIME.

Mourinho took off SWP and Cole very early in the game.

2.6 for Chelsea win on bet365.

1.44 for Fulham win or draw.

2.00 for under 2.5 which I think is very good considering the teams created very little goal scoring oppurtunies. Crespo seems off today.
