First impressions are that Everton are huge @ 2.04 at home!! We are on terrific form, while Villas is wavering! This is great value on a form team!

More thoughts soon...

I thought Everton would of been lower than that. Seems a very nice price.

West Ham at home to Pompey also seems a good price, as does Spurs away to Birmingham.

I'd be wary of West Ham. Last night's extra-time and the fact they have a cup tie as soon as Monday mean they may rest players as they did in the league at Bolton last week. Also, Pompey's win last week may have given them some new-found confidence.

Tottenham to win Birmingham v Tottenham on Coral @ 5/4 seems very nice. I'm tempted to put a big bet on this one...

No they beat Roma once, they are knackered and Blackburn have been in good form. Home win for me. gl.

I'd recommend holding fire on that big bet mamboboy.
Spurs have won 1 of their last 7 away, while Birmingham have lost 1 of their last 7 at home.
Birmingham could definitely sneak this, especially with Cunningham back in the defence. Unfortunately David Dunn, who has been impressive recently, is currently doubtful. If he was sure to play I'd even look at backing Birmingham, perhaps on DNB.

Best bets this weekend look like Everton and Blackburn for me, depending on team news.

I'm steering clear of the Man City and West Ham games due to their Monday cup-tie.

Very true, we did loose. But we played amazing, had many chances, and if it wasnt for some Amazing saves by the charlton goal keeper, BOro would have won.

Yes, we will be tierd, but Smac will rest most of the players that played in Rome, and play a simliar squad to the one at Charlton. (8 Changes in Total... doubt there will be this much).

My thought ahead of the game, that it may be a Blackburn win, but i think it will be a draw. We played well against Charlton with a younge side, and had many chances, and really SHOULD have won. The clubs on a high because of Europe, and want to turn the season around in the Premiership.
1-1, or a Blackburn win 2-1.

I agree with all that, but that guy asked why the price was so high on a Boro win, and I think its pretty obvious why.

Also, Everton are already down from 2.04 to 1.95 on Betfair. Can see it dropping even further as we get closer to Sat.

Yeah, i may get a early bet in on Everton Win. They seem to be having a good run as of late, and Beatie seems to be back in goal scoring form. With the loss of Baros, and the low Villa are having at the moment, i think Everton should be no problem.

Im staying away from West Ham V Portsmouth as i think this will be a close one, as with Brum and Spurs, and Man City Wigan.

Putting a few Accumulators on this weekend, most of which include Bolton Win, Everton Win, and Man U win.

Good Look All

Apart from obvious choices like Arsenal & Bolton. I'd be tempted by Blackburn & West Ham.

arsenal at home to anyone in this mood lately is a banker, 1.43 is a handout, curbishley isnt daft and will set his team up to counter-act the swift football of arsenal, but the flashes of genius at highbury are unstoppable.

arsenal and man utd are the 2 teams the neutral wants to see - FACT, they play the best football, outside this I cant see any reason for betting hard-earned cash on a lottery this weekend in the prem.

2 bets in the Prem for me:

Blackburn look a good bet to win at home to Middlesborough. Boro have been a bit shaky in the league lately, and I can't see them getting anything at Ewood Park. Blackburn should have too much for them, and keep up their push for Europe.

Alan Pardew said on Wednesday that he wouldn't be resting players against Portsmouth, after they did and got punished for it by Bolton last weekend. I don't believe him, but even if they do rest players, I think they'll still have far too much for Portsmouth, who are dire.
