Spurs v PompyThe Pompy boys should be up for this with Harry back in charge and sometimes this eagerness to impress the boss spills over into late challenges..Both Spurs & Pompy average over 1.5 bookings a game (1.75 & 1.88) but under the circumstances of Harry coming back I feel that Pompy could rack up a few yellows..35 points or more with PaddyPower looks a good bet (10 yellow 25 red max 35 per player)Uriah Rennie in charge aswell and it shouldn't go unmentioned that in the last game he was in charge of Spurs (away at Old Trafford) he booked 3 Spurs players in 5 mins.....PREDICTION35 points or more bookings 6/4 Paddy Power 6pts

Good call on the draw with man utd mr muzeman.

For some reason i had to stick a couple of quid on portsmouth to win 3-1 tonight.

100-1 seemed a little too high.

football tipper

I couldn't believe the price on the bookings spread and was tempted to lump on it. Having looked at Uriah Rennies stats this season Im now not that confident

Alan, I think you are being a bit optimistic here. Pompey have only scored 6 goals in thier last 8 games , only 7 in last 10

Whilst I appreciate the Messhiah has performed a second coming, to expect 3 goals from Pompey that quick is unlikely IMO

I appreciate that Pompey's away form is much better than thier home, but to expect a sudden improvement to a 3-1 win, especially as only 1 team has come away from spurs with all 3 points is expecting a lot

I can see HR instilling a defensive attitude with this one, with Pompey parking the team bus infront of goal, perhaps even trying to steal one on the break, but 3 ????? i would be happy to lay you bet all day

Nevertheless, good luck, but I will be going for Spurs with a 0-0 saver

Soccer Re: England > Premiership - Dec 10-12

Borored, Uriah Rennie is one of the most lenient refs., as I assume you have realised. With a current average of around 25, only Spurs bookings might indicate a wager, when players such as Mido, Davids, Defoe or Taino have played for them.

Bookings around 30 seems about right, and as the match is live on Sky Sports tonight, you could wait to see the temperament of the players and bet in running.

GL.

Ok, this is the first time i've tried a bet like this.
I've layed Spurs @ 1.54 and backed them to win 1-0 2-0.
Why? Well I can't decide what's going to happen can I? Either Pompey will continue to fail to score (no goal last 4 games) and spurs will cruise to a 1-0 or 2-0 win, or......Harry will lift his troops and they'll come away with a least a point. This is what I WANT to happen, a decent pompey performance infront of their new boss.

i am laying portsmouth at half time for my biggest bet of the year...cant see spurs not getting something out of this game. Portsmouth have scored with their only shot. Get keane off and defoe on and they will at least get a point.

Great value to lay at 2.22....

Evan

PS. after eventing but before the game i was considering backing lua lua to score first at like 14.0s on betfair, was not best pleased lollll

No bookings in Spurs match, buy was unwise, as suggested, hope you stayed away from it, Borored.
