| Southampton v Sheff U Pick Sheff U +0.25 @2.04 Pinnacle What a game. Absolutely crucial with both sides needing a win. Team news is highly significant. Sheff U miss key cb Morgan and key fw Beattie but Southampton will also be with out reg cb Lucketti. I regard this as more important, Sheff can bring in Hulse and Geary but Southampton are already stretched by injuries. The partnership between Perry and Lucketti has been a surprising success and to have to rejig it now is a major blow. Thomas the most likely replacement hasn't played for quite a while and it will be a big ask for him to be up to speed in such a major match. Sheff U are bang in form and can take advantage here.

| A draw could suit both Stoke and Leicester, as long as Soton aren't winning, so the 11/4 from Tote appeals in what should be a tight encounter. I'd expect a derby like atmosphere which normally helps away teams more. Palace can't sit back at home to mid table Burnley with a first half goal Palace will very likely hold on so 2.28 on HT/FT looks better value than 1.49 over 90 mins. Palace gave a late goal away at Hull which could spur them on to do better. My more risky and less confident bet is Cardiff. Temptation is to back against them with Wembley looming, although they have played resonably well in recent games showing alot of fight at Burnley last week. I don't think the Cardiff players will want a poor showing in front of their own fans at present. Barnsley will be relieved to be safe, which might not help their cause Cardiff may be more caution as the games enters the second half, so I am tempted to go with an early win on HT/FT market. Tote offered better odds than Betfair markets on Cardiff win and draw in the Stoke game, so I doubled up. |

| TONIGHT: STOKE: They know if WBA slip up, and they get all 3 points, they will be crowned Champions. SOUTHAMPTON: Big match for the home side if they want to stay in Championship next year! Only the 3 points and some help from the other games will secure them in this league. WOLVES: Must win to havee any chance of making the play offs while Plymouth are sitting 10th with no chance of making the play offs. SHEFF WED:They are fighting for their lives in the championship. Norwich have nothing to play for. WBA: A win being enough to make West Brom champions while QPR sit mid table also with nothing to play for MY BET: STOKE (dnb) @ HOME SOUTHAMPTON (dnb) @ HOME WOLVERHAMPTON (dnb) @ HOME SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY (dnb) @ HOME WBA (dnb) @ AWAY @ $5.12 $600 to win $3072 gl. |

| Have looked at a speculative bet here for some interest. All the games above look tight and just about every game means something for someone, so they will be cagey affairs. I think there may be quite a few draws here, especially if there is a mentality with some teams that a draw will suit them. Blackpool vs Watford A draw for the seasiders will be enough to see them safe, assuming Saints don't win by 13! That, coupled with Watford's shocking form in recent months, doesn't sway me to any team. In fact a draw, coupled with wins at Palace and Wolves could see Watford miss the play-offs altogether! Bristol City vs Preston NE Preston mid table and playing well under Alan Irvine, nothing really to play for apart from maybe new contracts, versus a nervy Bristol City who have already secured a play-off spot. Cardiff City vs Barnsley Two teams with nothing to play for in the league, but Cardiff will be wary of injuries for the Cup final and Barnsley will be wanting revenge. Charlton vs Coventry Disappointing season for Alan Pardew and a mid-table finish with nothing to play for, versus an away side who need just a point to secure survival after a turbulent financial year! C. Palace vs Burnley Home side in good form, should probably win, but Burnley have nothing to lose and may just want to spoil the party. Depending on results elsewhere, Palace may be happy to settle for a draw? Ipswich vs Hull Too close to call. Hull can't really win the league, but need to win to get automatic play-off spot. If they know that West Brom and Stoke are winning comfortably, they may settle for a draw. Ipswich need to win to get into play-offs. Again, if Palace and Watford are winning, they may know it's all over and not push for the win? QPR vs West Brom After the takeover, QPR have rocketed from relegation to mid-table safety. They have a big sell-out crowd for the final game and there will go a good atmosphere. West Brom may get the title even if they lose, as long as Leicester beat Stoke, so again, if other results go West Brom's way, a draw may be good enough. I don't think QPR will lie down easily to them in front of a massive home crowd. Scunthorpe vs Colchester Two teams relegated. Nothing to play for except pride and contracts. Couldn't really see how this one could go. Sheff Wed vs Norwich Sheff Wed may only need a draw, if Saints and Leicester don't come up with full points, Norwich have nothing to play for. So'ton vs Sheff Utd Southampton need something from this game. A loss and they are down. Sheff Utd could, amazingly, slip into the play-offs, thanks to James Beattie's late run of goals. A draw isn't good enough, so they need a win. Southampton may need a win as well. A draw could be good enough, if Leicester go down to Stoke? Two sides going for it! Stoke vs Leicester Home side chasing title or automatic promotion, away side fighting for lives in relegation battle. Draw could be good enough for either of them. Wolves vs Plymouth Relaistically, Wolves need a win, but Plymouth have had a great season. Keep an eye on Watford and Palace scores. If they are winning, it's irrelevant what Wolves do. How many times have you seen a Wolves expected home win not turn out to be just that!? All in all, any of the above could be a draw, as most have something to play for. 66 x £0.20 draw doubles (each about 5/2) = £13.20 66 x £0.20 2-2 draw doubles (14/1, 16/1, 20/1 or 22/1) = £13.20 ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() I normally do straight to win accas. Your way is much safer for a slightly lesser price. Have you had much success with these draw no bet accas in the past ? What bookie did you use and what prices did you get for each of your selections in this acca ? Sorry about all the questions but I think I will defo give this tactic a try next season. Cheers | |

| www.bet365.com only site that i use... tbh best site i have used.. And i hardly ever do straight wins... unless in doing single bets... otherwise in a multi/accum.. DNB is safer, incase of a draw... and the team i thought would 100% win STOKE, actually drew |

| Cheers DeMMa Will give it a try next season, most of the time in my lossing accas its a draw or 2 that spoils things. Think its well worth the trade off in terms of lesser overall price in return for increased chance of hitting your bets more regular. Wish I had of thought of this tactic before, you still get the excitment and decent returns of an acca , but with a good deal more safety and much better chance of hitting your bets. |

| exactly.. say for example.. ill just make up a bet: ALL PLAYING AT HOME: MAN CITY + LIVERPOOL + EVERTON + TOTTENHAM @ $10.60 - VS. MAN CITY (dnb) + LIVERPOOL (dnb) + EVERTON (dnb) + TOTTENHAM (dnb) @ $4.30 Okay the odds are way lower but imo worst case senario is a team at home drew, and you lost your bet. this way, it just takes that particular leg out... and you win... tbh id rather win a lil then lose lol, or try to win a lot and lose lol gl |
