| I admit I'm a sad fcuk and kept a record of many of the Premiership games corners and bookings from Aug 2002 to Dec 2004 (thanks to Goals supplement in The Sun). Conclusions: Wet weather is good for corners (more shots, defenders taking no chances) Newcastle were also good for a fair few corners mainly thanks to inswinging corners from Solano on right and Robert on left (not much use now but if any team has two 'inswingers'...) Apart from these, I couldn't find many other trends to give me an edge. I would suggest corner betting should be treated as a fun bet. Hope this is of interest. |
