Default unbelievable gaff by my local bookie!!

Hi guys...

My local bookie did the following huge gaff...

He issued a special coupon for the champions league final.
On that he has which team will score the 1st goal, which team will get the first yellow card, how will the first goal be scored, which team will get the more yellow cards, how many goals will be scored in the first half, how many goals the second half, which team will get the first corners, the most corners etc....
At the rules of the coupon he wrote:
" All bets can be combined with eachother and other matches"

So what did i do..

how many goals will be scored the 1st half: 0 goals (2,50)
how many goals will be scored the 2nd half: 0 goals (2,80)
in which half most goals will be scored: equal number of goals(3,30)
how will the first goal be scored: no goal (6,50)
which team will score the 1st goal: no goal (6,50)

the accumulator is 976:1!!!!!!! and you actually are playing the 0-0 correct score!!!

I know this is a huge mistake of the bookie as he put related bets to be combined and probably will not pay. My question now is...Legally does he have the right not to pay?? He states clearly that those bets can be combined with eachother.

In case he does not pay you think i will have the possibility to win this in the court?

The maximum payout of the coupon is 10000. I have played 3 x coupons of 10 because with 10 you get maximum payout.

If he does not pay me then logically he cannot pay any bet they play to him on this coupon and actually will have to return all stakes placed. not only mine but all of them that have combined any bets. so for him it will be a huge problem.

I was ready to play this a huge amount and to lay the 0-0 correct score in betfair but i am not sure he will pay.

I think (here in the UK) there is no law to make him pay.
He will claim 'palpable error'.
You are very unlikely to get paid IMHO.

Skybet ****ed me around once, in last years World Snooker final they got the odds the wrong way round, it was 33/1 when it should of been 1/500

I put money on but they cancelled the bet when they realised their mistake because in the terms and conditions there was some sort of clause, I think there will be a simillar thing for your local bookmakers dont think you'll get the money

yes muse i realise that and i also think that he wont pay. The matter is that if someone bets for example on milan to take first yellow and milan to put first goal as an accumulator and he wins, is he gonna pay him??
if he pays him , then he admits that you could combine those bets. If not then he has to return all stakes placed in the whole country...that will be very bad for his company's profile with quite a few losses in many aspects.
