B.Munich v Zenit
Judging by the above posts many of you may think i'm mad but i fancy munich to win by 2 or more goals.i dont believe too much can be read into the leverkusen tie home or away.Whenever i've seen leverkusen the past few years they always looked vulnerable at home even if they went on to win and the tie was over for the second leg.Munich on the other hand would have viewed this competition as beneath them accustomed to champions league football and getafe in the last round was the kick up the arse they needed.Having seen the capabilities of zenit they will be prepared, combined with my feeling zenit will be less confident tonight than against leverkusen, villarael, marseille i see 2-0 a likely result.
munich -1.5 @2.36 bet365
munich 2-0 @5.50 bet365

You're right, it doesnt make much difference.

I would seriously advise everyone to back Fiorentina tonight against Rangers , Dont be fooled by there good home record in this competition , Fiorentina are different class from every other team that Rangers have played in this competition . Also in the last round Fiorentina beat PSV away from home by 2 goals to nil so this shows that they are a good team . Another factor is that Rangers are missing two of thier best midfeilders - Ferguson and Thompson and not to mention the amount of fixtures rangers have coming up . I have backed Fiorentina to win 2-0 with Mutu Scoring first goal at 45/1 with williamhill , cheers

Klose missed training on tuesday and is rated a major doubt, but that was yesterday. Can't find any updates on his chances of making it, so with toni already out i will wait to see the teams before deciding whether to go with over 2.5.

You stated only 3 players that were out would DEFINATELY start. WRONG!
How do you know who will DEFINATELY start. YOU DON'T
McCulloch is a regular when fit and would most probably of started with adam also having a chance if fit, so that you fcuckin idiot is the false information.

Away back to your can of kestrel scumbag.

Right am not turning this into another one of your petty arguments because this is a uefa cup thread, if you want to call me such things lets keep it private and PM me.

And I know McGregor, Ferguson and Thompson would DEFINATLY start because its three of your best and most influencial players, do the math, it adds up!

McCulloch I said would maybe start, because he is not one of your best players and has no influence on the team.

I seriously think mods should have a look at this guy, he is just on here for arguments its clear to everyone, I simply made a post in reference to JC tips and tried to advise everyone that it was not 9 of Rangers most important players that was missing tonight yet somehow this clown still manages turn it around and infuriate me, I personally do not see the point in me giving advice and trying help to others when this clown will constantly try and have a go.

Gone for under 2.5 in the Rangers v Fiorentina game, without two of their most influential midfielders in Ferguson and Thomson I think Rangers will struggle to create many openings and have shown themselves happy with a goalless draw at Ibrox against Panathinaikos and Sporting Lisbon. Not conceding an away goal will be priority again tonight and with the Italians attacking options in Mutu and Vieri they could be up against it and I think a low scoring draw would be a decent result with a few key players out.

So under 2.5 at 1.54
5/10

Agree with you guys that Bayern shouldn't be touched. Besides the mentioned problems, Toni is suspended and I don't wanna know how results would have looked liked without him in recent games. In addition, Klose is doubtful so that scoring may become even harder than it has been anyway.

All day at work today we've had market movements on Fiorentina due to the Rangers players being absent etc. Outright price went as did the correct scores.

Only this has made my decision to get involved with tonights match,

Gone for a few score results
1-0
2-0
2-1
3-0 to Fiorentina.

I need somebody to help me?
Most of PL's Scottish members have said that Rangers will play 4-5-1 formation and will be aiming not to concede a goal, but I have wonder how they can exploit a such formation, as they have so many players that will miss tonight game? Here are Rangers' players stats in CL and UEFA games:

CL UEFA

*players in red will miss the game

If W.Smith wants to put 5 man midfield, he must bring some players from front and back lines. I think 4-4-2 formation probably will suit them better, than 4-5-1 in current circumstances.
For Fiorentina Tomas Ujfalusi and Marco Donadel will miss the game too. I rate Ujfalusi absence as a very important for Italian team and that increase Rangers chances to score.
I will waiting until UEFA.com publish official lines and will put small stake on OVER2.0 at 2.06.

Thank in advance and GL tonight

Nonsense. I would say that Lyon are a far better side and Rangers beat them 3-0 away. Sporting Lisbon and Werder Bremen are also just as good as Fiorentina IMO.

Roskos. It will be 4-5-1 - no doubt about it. Novo will play in midfield along with, Hemdani, Davis, Whittaker and Buffel (I would imagine), with either Cousin, or JCD upfront.

Carl. I would be hugely surprised if Rangers conceded 2 goals at home. That would be a major disappointment.

Alex would agree Lyon are a better outfit however they also hammered you at Ibrox 3-0 lets not forget.

Think Fiorentina play in a far superior league to Sporting and I also believe they have more class than the Portugese outfit.
I would agree Werder are probably just as good an outfit as Fiorentina and you beat them over two legs so there is hope for you.

I would also agree DEFINATLY be 4-5-1, Walter Smith does not know how to play any other tactics.

Fiorentina win for me and almost certaintly to be under 2.5 goals.

GL all

I know he has not done this before but I think Smith might play Darchville in midfield with Cousin the lone striker, I personally dont see the point on having one of them on the bench with all the other 1st team players out.
