Default Sweden, lower leauges weekend

Div.2 V.Götaland, Mellerud - Lindome, 16/6:

Lindome @ 1.94(Pinnacle)
1st placed Lindome recently won vs 2nd placed Kinna, and they look to be the best team in this leauge, unbeaten after 9 matches, 7-2-0 13-3. Newcomers Mellerud started well, but maybe their enthusiasm have worn out now, they lost last match, away to 7th placed Lärje/A, 1-4, and reports tell a story about Mellerud looking tired and without spark. Lindome won't get an easy matc, but I like this odds for the best team in the leauge.

Div 2, M.Götaland, Sleipner - Myresjö, 16/6:

Sleipner -0.75 @ 1.96 (Pinnacle)
Favourites Sleipner have started act acccordingly with the predictions before the start of the season, now at 2nd place with 3-1-1 last five matches. Strange thing is that they have been great away, 4-1-0, but have had it a lot tougher at home, 1-2-1. Last match was a 3-0 win vs 2nd placed Motala, Sleipner played really good and gave Motala no chance, so I think this might carry on to today's home match, it's time to shape up at home now. Myresjö not a bad team, only one away match lost so far, but Sleipner have a different class and should win imo.

Div.2 N. Svealand, Kubikenborg - Brage, 16/6:

Brage -1 @ 1.88 (Pinnacle)
Kubikneborg holds last place, one win in 9 matches, one point from last five matches, Brage at 1st place, looking to get back to division 1 after having to play only one season in this divison. Brage have good form, 4 wins and one draw last five, unbeaten and 4/4 wins away. There is a big difference in class between these two, I hope Brage do their job and win this one with a couple of goals.

Div.2 S.Götaland, Älmeboda - Sölvesborg, 16/6:

Älmeboda @ 2.07 (Pinnacle)
Hometeam Älmeboda are not a great team, let me say that to start with, lost last match, away to Helsingborg S, 1-7, but they are rather good at home, 3-0-1 6-3 so far, and today vs Slvesborg with many missings and a bad awayrecord, 1-0-3 6-13, they should have a big chance at three points, around evens definately worth a try.

I like the look of this one and have followed you

Are there any websites which give live scores for this division? I have been struggling to find any sites which give lower division scores at all!

Thanks.

Hi Aldric - good goal sites for Swedish lower leagues are http://www.goalwire.com and www.7m.cn

Hope this helps.

Also great call on Sleipner GG - I took them with a high stake 1.65 @ gamebookers.com. 4-1 up at HT!!!

Thanks a lot Matty

Although wished I hadn't looked 2-0 at HT for Melleruds.....

Sorry aldric, wasn't around to answer your question. 2/4 today, a bit of a setback, I really thought Lindome would win, Älmeboda only got 2-2, but Brage and Sleipner did the business, won with quite a margin.

Tomorrow, Div.1 Norra:

Syrianska FC - Väsby Utd

Väsby +0.25 @ 1.93 (Pinnacle)
Väsby have been quite a moneymaker for me this season, and for some reason it looks like the bookies don't trust them to keep this good momentum. I don't know why, I have seen Väsby play a couple of times, and imo they have a good chance at 1st or 2nd place. They play rather attractive football, quick and creative attacking, add a solid defence and players who always fight hard and it's a good mix. Väsby won 2-0 vs Superettan team Degerfors in the cup recently, gace Degerfors no chance, and that tells something about Väsby's quality. Syrianska a good team too, but they have mixed good and bad in a strange way, and their homerecord 3-0-2 5-6 not very impressing. This will surely be a tough match, but I give Väsby a good chance at getting at least one point, so this odds is quite tasty. Also awaywin at 2.75 - 2.95 that can be found, very high, maybe a good thing to mix with this one or dnb.

Falu FK - Vasalund/Essinge IF

Vasalund/Essinge dnb @ 1.94 (Pinnacle)
Vasalund from Solna have started to play well and win matches since they changed coach, last match was a win at home to Västerås, a surprise to me to be honest, but it won't be a surprise if they win this one. Falun lost 3-0 to Assyriska last match, no shame in loosing to arguably the best team in Division 1, but they way they lost was shameful: They had absolutely nothing, no goal chances, not good defence, Assyriska did pretty much what they wanted to. Vaslaund are not as good as Assyriska, but I rank Vasalund as one of maybe 4 teams that can come in 3d behind Väsby and Assyriska, Falun will have a tough time avoiding relegation. Vasalund with good form and higher class must have a good chance vs Falun, albeit pretty strong at home. Dnb close to evens worth a try anyway.

Valsta Syrianska - Östersund

Valsta S -0.75 @ 1.80 (Pinnacle)
Östersund were predicted a strong candidate for relegation, and they look like it now that tee season have started, although 9 points in 10 matches can't be considered very bad. They have won two matches so far, 3-2 vs 11ht placed Gröndal, and 3-0 last match vs Boden, but Boden were beyond bad in that match, they have loste the plot completely and lost their last five maches. Östersund's away record is 1-1-3 6-6, it may look ok, but they scored three of those six goals when they won vs last placed Timrå 3-0, and Timrå are nowhere near Valstas' class. Valsta's a team that have a squad good enough for top 4, they are currently placed 5th, but have started to play well, maybe because their injury situation is much better, this match they get back another player who will probably take a place in the starting line up. Valsta have won their last two matches, 4-2 away to 6th placed Skiljebo and 3-2 at home to 4th placed Vasalund. One of the things that make me back them with a small hcp is that their attacking is on fire now, and I doubt that Östersund's attacking is sharp enough to score 2 goals like Skiljebo and Vasalund did. Östersund have scored eleven goals in 10 matches, but they have only scored two goals in four matches vs teams from the upper half of the table. Ok, enough wtih the stats, Valsta S should win this with a margin, they are better than Östersund, simple as that.

Umeå FC - IFK Timrå:

Umeå @ 1.78 (Pinnacle)
Umeå played in Superettan last season, Timrå are newcomers, both teams have had a weak start to this season, Timrå at last place, 1-3-6 6-20, Umeå at 10th place, 3-2-5 17-20. Umeå won three matches in a row a while ago, and I thought that they would start to move upwards in the table, they have a pretty strong line up imo, and should really not be placed at 10th place when this season is over. They did not climb though, instead they have lost their latest three matches, very surprising imo, at least the loss to Falun. Last match ended 1-3 at home to Forward, Umeå reported to have created many chances but only scoring from one of them, but otherwize playing good. Now that they play Timrå, this leauges weakest team, i think they will win, Timrå may look to be close to a point sometimes, but thats also a sign of a weak team. they are often "unlucky". Umeå must win this one to get some working piece, and thats just what they will do.

Div.1 Södra, Torslanda - Ängelholm:

Ängelholm -0.75 @ 1.94 (Pinnacle)
Torslanda are newcomers, placed 10/14, 0-3-2 4-6 at home, 1-1-3 last five matches. Ängelholm, placed 1st, lost their first point last round, got 2-2 at home to Trollhättan, making their record 9 1 0 37-8, away: 5 0 0 18-4. I don't think that draw should be considered a sign of Ängelholm's form going down, Trollhättan's a capable team and maybe also it was a good thing for Ängelholm to realize they are actually human beings and that they have to make an effort to win. I think and hope that Ängelholm will make Torslanda suffer for that draw, I hope to see Ängelholm coming out and play the fast, creative and sharp football they have played this season, if so they will win this match quite comfortable and this line will be very low.

Visby/Gute - Norrby:

Norrby @ 2.06 (Pinnacle)
Visby at home: 0-0-5 5-17. Last five: 1-0-4 3-12. Norrby started poor, but maybe they have picked up some form now, won away to Trollhättan and 0-0 at home to Torslanda their latest two matches. Visby's defence is awful, there's no other way to put it, and Norrby must be considered favourites here, alhough they have not impressed either, but I have to go against Visby when I get over evens for it. I still think that Norrby's a decent team with a good potential, let's hope they show it now.
