| Elfsborg v AIK looks a great game, two very entertaining sides, could go either way but with the home advantage of Borås Arena I would have to favour the home side. Perhaps a small draw bet...few days to go so waiting for team news is best, can not see any major odds movement here. ![]() |

| GAIS - Helsingborg HIF still hasn't won away from Olympia this season and will they manage three points today without mr Larsson (and injured E Karisik)? Well, I consider it a possible at least. The last five matches for HIF has resulted in 1 loss, 2 wins and 1 draw while their five last away matches has gotten them only 2 points. So why is a win possible today? Well first off all the last 3-1 victory against Hammarby can hopefully give them something to build on. If you also look at the away matches played this season: 2006-08-05 Djurgårdens IF - Helsingborgs IF 2 - 1 2006-04-27 Gefle IF - Helsingborgs IF 1 - 0 2006-07-22 Örgryte IS - Helsingborgs IF 1 - 1 2006-05-14 IF Elfsborg - Helsingborgs IF 0 - 0 2006-05-08 Malmö FF - Helsingborgs IF 3 - 1 2006-04-14 IFK Göteborg - Helsingborgs IF 2 - 2 2006-04-04 Hammarby IF - Helsingborgs IF 4 - 2 ...you can see that the losses have occured against top teams (except perhaps for the match against Gefle, but seriously, who can play on the plastic grass at Strömvallen?). Against "minor" teams, and also against Elfsborg and Göteborg Helsinborg has managed to claim draws. GAIS on the other hand has only managed 2 wins (against Gefle and Örgryte) at home (3 draws and 2 losses). To this match Stuart "this is the f***ing Champions League" Baxter has returned to swedish football. Eklund is still the one preparing the matches (Baxter arrived on Wednesday) but I think that Baxter, full of authority and experience, might be able to give a boost to the team. Cause there is no doubt that Helsingborg has a team with a lot of quality even if they've underachieved this season, as usual. When it comes to GAIS the major worry for Helsinborg is off course J Keene. GAIS will miss: GAIS 9 STEPHENSON Khari M ** SUSPENDED 15 / 15 GAIS 17 SANDKLEF Mikael M ** INJURED 6 / 15 GAIS 16 ROSENKVIST Tomas M ** INJURED 6 / 15 ..where Stephenson off course is a major blow. I would like to propose the same bet as virtuoso meatman Helsingborg (0) AH @ 1.90 BetDaq/Betfair 10/10 |

| yeh good start to the weekend with Helsingborgs now today I will gamble on AIK. I shouldnt bet on this game, but the AH line is wrong IMO. It should be -0.25, but instead we have Elfsborg -0.5. AIK are capable of getting something IMO and I will bet on them +0.5. I only go 2/10 but this is a bit of value I reckon GL ![]()

| I've decided to leave the Elfsborg - AIK game alone. It could, as we all know, go either way. Elfsborg hasn't lost since 11th of May and as we all know, the more games you win, the closer you get to a loss. I agree we with you meatman, the value lies in a +0.5 for AIK but I'm still troubled by the fact that I thougt AIK would have a tough season (apparently I was wrong) but I still can't get that feeling out of my head And also, the plastic grass really is a pain in the ass to the visitors at Borås Arena. So, no bet for me! |

| Hammarby - Kalmar I guess I'm not the only one thats wondering what has happened to Hammarby. They played great for the first half of the Allsvenskan eventhough they were suffering from injuries and haveing sold Runström to Fulham. Now it seems like nothing is going their way, its one bad thing after another. The biggest blow was of course the game against DIF; the guests played the best game in a long long time and then Hammarbys "fans" destroyed the game. Interesting to note here is that absolutely nothing worked in Hammarbys offensive play. They will be having a really tough time scoring in this game too IMO. I dont see why they should suddenly find their great form of old. Kalmar as usual will aim to defend themselves as much as possible. In 10 away games they have scored 10 and conceeded 7. An average of 1.7 goals in total for these games. Kalmar is also a great a decent away team as they are 4-1-3. Under 2.5 @ 1.95 expekt 3/10 ![]()

| Both sides have some problems, mainly Hammarby again, could not call the game, I bravely predict a draw! Hammarby missings Petter Andersson, Mikkel Jensen & Suleyman Sleyman are joined by Max von Schleebrugge & Gunnar Gunnarsson. Kalmar have a few doubts so amy rotate players but looks like all key players could play looking at the preview on svenskafans (i have not double checked these infos) http://www.svenskafans.com/fotboll/b....asp?id=134727 GL with the <2.5 Bamse ![]() |
