Early thoughts: Halmstad at dnb 2,52 or x2 (dont know any odds for that one yet). Halmstad have been unlucky for a while, matches they should have won have ended with X. Gefle away is difficult, but in my mind Halmstad, who needs a few more points to stay in Allsvenskan, have a good chanse at winning this game. Gefle are already clear of relegation battle, and the difference between theese teams is not as big as the odds are saying.

Hammarby and Helsingborg might be interesting, but ill get back about them.

ÖIS - DIF: Nordicbet offers 2,20 for DIF to win. I pick that one without doubt. ÖIS is simply a bad team with lousy form, have lost 4 of the 5 latest, with one draw. Homestats : 2 -3 -6 10-18. The two wins are derbygames against IFK and Gais.
Dif on the other hand, is a disappointment this season, but have been playing better the last couple of games, and of importance is the fact that they are better away with 5-3-3 15-10. Word of warning 2 out of 3 of the defeats away is the two latest games. If you look at the teams Dif are the better team, and even though Öis has to get points to maybe avoid relegation, i think that Dif really wants to finish this seson in a positive way and maybe get a Royal Leauge ticket. I think they will go out and prove that they are better than Öis.
I have at this moment not much info about Öis injury situation, but i know that leftwing defender Anders Prytz is out.

News: Arneng will not play for DIF, he is a key player and this lowers my hope for DIF. Still a small value in 2,2, but i would not go below that.

I agree here on DIF G:G, they are showing signs of improvement for the first time the derby aside since Tobias left. Davids is showing some potential again after good pre-season and Sjölund is like a new player IMO. Tourray can look a mess in goal but this is also like that for most keepers in 2006. I am still giving this one more thought but might risk a bet on DIF.

Ailton Almeida is playing his last game i think, in fact he may not even play and as you say mention Prytz is doubtful.

I do not think OIS are totally awful though, form is bad but i have seen good games from them this term, players like Ola Toivonen, Magnus Källander & Ailton Almeida are pretty good IMO. I also like Henri Scheweleff - top quality from the champions of Finland!

Giving this one some thought - cheers for the early previews G:G

Lets look closer at ÖIS:
Games W D L G P
23 3 6 14 20-39 15

This is not the stats of a good team, in fact its pretty awful. I agree that Öis has some players that should be good, but the problem is that they do not live up to that often enough. They have played well a couple of games, but like it always is for a team in the lower end of the table, they have lost anyway. Even the threat of relegation haven´t made them wake up, my opinion is: Thats because they are no good!

Hope you dont get mad now, but I disagree about Henri Scheweleff, he is one of the let downs for Öis this season, I had higher hopes for him

Kalmar - Helsingborg:

Pick Helsingborg dnb, 2,135

Kalmar has not been asgood as usual at home this season, from what i have seen they have been a bit over-confident, trying to beat their opponants with a more offensive game than their usual defensive game, the one they are used to and really good at. Last game they beat IFK Göteborg away, 3-0, which is a great result, but i think that just proves my point. Helsingborg, on the other hand, has been poor away, but, lets forget about their season before they changed manager. Since then they have improved radically, and have climbed up to 3d place in the leauge. If you look at the teams Helsingborg are stronger, and im hoping their fast attacjers/midfield can outrun Kalmar´s somewhat slow defence. This is of course no safe bet, but over 2 for Helsingborg dnb has good value.

Gefle - Halmstad

Halmstad had a lousy year and nothing seems to improve.
Thy take the lead vs AIK with some luck by 2-0 but didn't manage to hold to it ant it ended 2-2 but it could been an AIK win with some luck.
Halmstad have only one win in their away games and are travelling to meet home strong Gefle who always puts up a fight in 90 minutes.
Much of the Gefles home advantage comes from their plastic grass field makes it impossible to play good if you ain't used to it.
A Halmstad win would be a big suprise, even in Sweden IMO.

Gefle -0&-0.5 (Asian Handicap) - 1.95 @ Betfair 10/10

Hacken - Hammarby

Hacken are fighting relegation but are doing it very poorly.
They lost their last match vs Djurgarden with 2-1 and should b lucky that the loss wasn't even bigger.
They have only one win, two draws and eight losses at home.
Hammarby who are trying to reach a top four finish in the table to make sure to play in the Royal Leauge are at 5th position, one point behind their local rival Djurgarden with one match less played.
In their last game they beat the leaders Elfsborg win 1-0, a deserved win and are a better team then hacken and in muh better form and higher morale.

Hammarby -0&-0.5 (Asian Handicap) - 2.08 @ Betfair 10/10

Donald could you please explain how an asian handicap of 0, -0.5 works please?

Surely that's like saying if they draw you lose. If they win by one then so do you. Where is the variable that stops this just being a set win bet and how come the odds are actually worse for this than they are for a straight win?

Do you actually win half of the bet for a draw??

I am confused. If that is the case would you suggest against backing a straight win at 5/4?

You only lose half your stake if there is a draw.

HACKEN-HAMMARBY..OVER2.5...Ok..lets see some things about this 2 teams..last match was is july this year..Hammarby-Hacken 3-0 final score..in few past years..exactly from 2001 all games between this teams finished at Over 2.5 goals. Now form for teams are like this:Hacken at home 1W 2D 8L and 9-22!!!!...Hammarby away is 5W 3D 3L and 14-15..Hammarby will try win this game for make another 3 points necessary in Allsvenskan economy.Anyway both time have this record about O/U..Hacken 10U/13O and Hammarby 9U/14O..I see a match with many goals..or at least 3!!!!!

Donald Duck: "Thy take the lead vs AIK with some luck by 2-0"
I don´t agree with that, actually it was AIK who was lucky to only be behind with 2-0 after first half, and get one point in the end. Agree that a Halmstad win would be a big surprise though, which the odds certainly indicates. In my opninion HBK has improved a lot, byt they have been unlucky not to get more wins lately. In Allsvenskan, were nothing is sure, HBk 2,52 for dnb is worth looking in to i think.

Been looking into the Elfsborg-GAIS game. Elfsborg won away with 0-3, but they haven't really been playing so great lately it seems. A win today and they have a great chance to take the championship. I'm thinking of backing them with -1 @ 2,05.

But I'm not certain, Allsvenskan is so unpredictable often. Anyone with more insight on this match, injuries and so on?

Gais: defender Richard Ekunde is suspended this match, this means that Gais both middle defenders are missing. Gais away stats: 3-3-5 10-14,
shows that they keep a tight game away, they have lost to Hammarby 5-2, AIK 2-0 and MFF 2-0, but Hammarby and AIK was in may, same week. In their last five games they have goalstats 4-6 , with 4 draws and one loss.

Elfsborg won away with 3-0, but i think that Elfsborg hc is risky, they have 5-1-1 17-7 at home, their goalscoring have worked better away. Also, Elfsborg have only scored 3 goals in the last 4 games, and i was not at all impressed by their latest game against Hammarby. I think Elfsborg will win this, but 2,05 for -1 does not appeal to me.

Thanks for the info GG! Think I'll just add a straight Elfsborg win with my Linköping (Elitserien), making a double with them.

Guys , be careful with helsingborg.
In last 10 matches , Helsingborg won their handicap 8 times & Push 2 times.
I usualy don't bet on a team which won their handicap so many times in a row.
