Country: Sweden
Match: Halmstad v Hammarby
Date: 11/6/07
Time: 19:00 cet
Reccomended Bet: Halmstad (0) AH @ 1.80 Bet1128 4/10

Well I have to say I don’t really understand these excellent odds on Halmstad today. At home so far they have been awesome this season winning 4/4 games although only by 1 goal margins each time. Nevertheless a win is a win and they will be confident of extending this run against Hammarby. The visitors don’t exactly travel here in good form and I think could struggle today. I don’t think it will be a classic by any means and 1 goal could be enough to decide things. I didn’t expect to be able to back Halmstad @ 1.80 on a level ball AH. I really don’t know why these odds are so big here and looks excellent value to me. I think they will get at least a draw out of the encounter so must be worth 4/10 stakes IMO.

Country: Sweden
Match: Trelleborg v Gefle
Date: 11/6/07
Time: 19:00 cet
Reccomended Bet: Trelleborg (0) AH @ 1.70 Stanjames 3/10

Well this is a dangerous match but odds have forced me to bet on Trelleborg here. Stan James go 1.70 on the level ball and this is far too generous compared to other bookies. Trelleborg aren’t the best of sides and I do hear that they have some defensive injuries and suspensions today. However, Gefle as well have some squad problems so it pretty much evens itself out. In their last match, Trelleborg claimed a shock 1-0 away success in Kalmar and from what I gather, they played quite well in that fixture. If they can repeat that sort of performance against Gefle then they are capable of getting another 3 points. The visitors have only lost a couple of games all season so far but traditionally they have never been at their best on the road. I’m not convinced by Trelleborg, but I have to bet them here as odds are pretty generous IMO, only 3/10 stake.

Malmö -0.75 @ 2.00
I'm going to back a favourite in Allsvenskan, feel free to call me stupid after the match...
Junior is back from injury, very good news for Malmö, also another attacker, Skoog back after a long time injury. One player, of course, wont make all the difference, and Malmö, with or without Junior, have been toothless, they have scored 11 goals in 8 matches, but 4 of those was at home vs AIK, the only match were they scored more than one goal. This is strange, the way I see it Malmö have a very strong line up and should be able to win easy vs teams like Trelleborg, Gais, Örebro, etc. I think today will be a good opportunity to score some goals: Brommapojkarna have defending problems, 15 goals allowed in 8 matches, I have seen 3 of their matches, and my opinion is that they are ok up front and in the attacking part of the midfield, but their gk and defence does not have quality enough for Allsvenskan, today also central defender Malmström suspended. I think that Malmö will get better and in the end maybe even win the title, and this is a kind of match they should win, hopefully with at least two goals.

Halmstad - Hammarby

Looking at that Halmstad has played good at home, posting 4/4 wins all with one goal difference and with Hammarby (arguably the better side) hasn't performed so great lately, especially looking toothless on road goin' 0-2-2. Considering those things I think it's pretty safe to assume this will be a tough match and the possibility of a draw is higher than normal, so that's what I'll bite

Draw @3.25

Best of luck to everyone

Gefle +0.25 @ 1.97 (Pinnacle)
Both teams with problems today: Trelleborg will have to field a new defensive line, 3/4 dfenders from the starting line up. Gefle without midfielders Woxlin and Makondele, two important players, Makondele imo Gefle's best player. Gefle are weaker away than at home, but got 1-1 away to Malmö last match, and I rank them higher than Trelleborg, sure Trelleborg have made some good results, but their defence was bad before the missings, 10 goals allowed in 5 home matches, I think they will have problems with Gefle's fast attacking, and I also think that Gefle will be able to handle Trelleborg's attacking, this is a kind of match that suits Gefle imo. Trelleborg are unpredictable, but the way I see it the value's on Gefle's side today.

G:G, Junior is back and Malmö has strong line-up for today without important defendef Jimmy Dixon.. So you said that BP have defending problems, they are ok up front and in the attacking part of the midfield..

when I read this sentences, I think to take Over 2.5 GOALS.. Because a team which is weak in defence and ok in offence against really strong team without an important defender.. What do u think about it, mate?

Halmstad - Hammarby Well, thats what i t is, no bet for me. simply it is time for Hammarby to win on the road. And that is what I tend to expect here tonight, but there is nothing to point that it is going to happen today. Hlamstads perfect home record is not against the best teams, it was pretty tight against both Kalamr and Helsingborg, not convincing against Bromma or Trelleborg, so nothing to make me trust them. And as the tendency in the forum is to go against Hammarby, well, I better abstain. Or a wee bet on the guests.

Bromma - Malmo I perfectly understand your firsr sentence GG Malmo are lazy bastards who are just set to draw this game, and I wouldnt bve surprised to see exactly a 1-1 game with the self assuring explanation afterwards that the draw has kept them in the title chase.

Trelleborg - Gefle Well, it is crucial time for Trelleborg to decide whether they will stay in the top flight or go down after less than one third of the games played. And I think the bigger possibility is relegeation but I cant see Gefle chasing a win. They simply never do it draw

I thought the same thing, but Bromm is not as bad on defense as you might think. They have given up exactly one goal in each of their last four games...I have begun to think that maybe they have realized that in Allvenskan you can't play attacking all the time and be successful...or else other teams have figured out how to neutralize them. Not sure which, I don't get to see the games, but I haven't quite got a handle on Bromm's over capabilities yet.

When I say that Brommapojkarna have a bad defence I don't base it on stats only, they have only allowed 5 goals in 4 home matches, but last home match, 1-1 vs Helsingborg, it was really a miracle that Helsingborg only scored one in the first half, BP allowed at least 5 clear scoring opportunities apart from the goal, then in 2nd BP might have/should scored more than one. Same thing goes for the 0-2 loss at home to AIK. Malmö have been solid in the defence but also toothless up front, the question is if Malmö can take advantage of the chances they will get, and if Dixon's absence and BP's actually quite good attacking can lead to BP scoring too.

Yeah, well as I said I don't get to see these matches...It may well be that the overs are a good bet, but I don't see here a clear advantage to it especially with odds of -125. Wouldn't be surprised to see it go over, also wouldn't be surprised to see it end 1-1 or 0-2.

Agree, I can't decide for over/under, to many uncertainties.

Interesting thread you have here guys. I've started few weeks ago to watch on live streaming nordic football and i'm enjoing it .

Bromm last 5 games were 2 results 1-1 / Malmo last 5 games were 3 1-1

So i place a small 0.5 / 10 on CS 1-1 @7 bet365

aye well done Finlandia

If I'd been here I'd have gone mad at Halmstad coneding that goal so late

grrrrrrrrrr forced me into a push instead of a win, still at least Trelleborg did the business for me

also well done to Skoog at getting back on the scoresheet for Malmo, had some injury nightmares in the last few seasons so pleased for the guy

Match: Djurgarden v IFK Goteborg

Reccomended Bet: Djurgarden -0.25 AH @ 1.91 Bet1128 3/10

Country: Sweden

Match: Kalmar v Helsingborg
Date: 12/6/07
Time: 20:00 cet
Reccomended Bet: Kalmar -0.25 AH @ 2.05 Pinnacle 3/10

Gone for both home teams today on -0.25 AHs - I have a feeling that there will be a 0-0 in one of the games but I hope I'm wrong. DIF and Kalmar odds look quite tasty to me and are both capable of collecting 3 points.

I kind of like overs in the Djurgarden game...but not enough to put my money on it without hesitation. I'll probably decide about five minutes until game time. The trouble I'm having is that Djurgarden, though they've scored 3 and 3 the last two matches, went through a period before that where they didn't score, and Goteborg has played too many 1-0 and 1-1 games for my taste. I just feel though that 4th against 2nd this is an opportunity for both to shoot for 3 points. Any thoughts?

Djurgården - IFK Göteborg

I have to go with the home side here, they've scord a combined of 6 goals (3 each) in last two games and are showing some good form. On the other hand the visitors looked surprisingly toothless at their last game were they managed to post a mere 1-0 win by penalty at 75min against poor GAIS, that's not a good sign. So if GAIS on road can trouble Göteborg than I think they'll have a rough time trying to keep up with high flyin' Djurgården as the host.

Djurgården @2.20

Kalmar FF - Helsingborg

Kalmar coming of a dissapointing 0-1 loss to Trelleborg and Helsingborg trashed Örebro 4-1 as their latest result. Kalmar has done surprisingly good so far if you ask me, managing to beat Elfsborg and Djurgården at home showing some class. But I really think that they are overrated here against (arguably better side) Helsingborg today. It's something about the results that tells me that, Helsingborg seems to be improving, although they got only 1-1 draw against Bromma in their last away game (Brommas equaliser was between 80-90mins) and surely they got some selfconfidence from their last game. On the other hand I see Kalm
