Hammarby v IFK Norrköping

Hammarby :
José Monteiro, Christan Traoré, Louay Chanko, Olof Guterstam, Petter Andersson, Charlie Davies, Freddy Söderberg, Mikkel Jensen, Erkan Zengin, Haris Laitinen, Paulinho Guará, Alagie Sosseh, Sebastian Castro-Tello, Simon Helg, George Moussan, Marcus Törnstrand, Kristoffer Björklund

Out : Rami Shaaban (Gkp., 8 matchs)

IFK Norrköping :
Nuredin Bakiu, Sasa Sjanic, Kevin Amuneke, Kristoffer Arvhage, Daniel Bamberg, Mikael Blomberg, Eirik Dybendal, Gunnar Thor Gunnarsson, Gardar Gunnlaugsson, Thomas's Magnusson, Russell Mwafulirwa, Petru Racu, Mikael Roth, Viktor Rönneklev, Richard Spong, Christopher Telo

Out : Kristoffer Arvhage (Def., 10 matchs, 1 goal), Mikael Blomberg (Midf., 8 matchs), Felix Magro (Midf.,10 matchs), David Nordbeck (Midf., 1 match), Anders Whass (Def., 9 matchs)

Of course, could be very hot for Norrköping if Hammarby team play it ok.

Could write about teams, tables and so on.. but don't know if it will be very useful.

Can't think about surprise here, only worry if Hammarby underestimate them. But they know their job i think.

Pick : Hammarby -2 @ 5.40 (Betsafe) (5/10)
Pick : Hammarby to score 4 goals or more @ 8.00 (Betsafe) (5/10)

A bit ambitious i know, but think Hammarby can do it againt Norrkö, in a good day.

Totally agree about Hammarby being big favourites and the better team. A word of warning though: The weather in Stockholm is awful today, I'm located about one kilometer from Hammarby's stadium, it's raining like crazy and it's very windy too.

Nice write-up Gandalf, but isn`t value in a -1/-1,5 (ah) really? At most bookies you get around 2.00+ for it, which often reflects value... No need to go for the big gun, if you can settle with a medium one with larger stakes maybe...

You're totally right Kimera. It's just that i see it as a big opportunity to pick higher odds

As you mentionned, to be careful is better.

Hope wind and rain won't be source of trouble for home team G:G, same weather here, in Champagne, and very cold : the summer will be hot that they said…

Good luck all

IFK will have striker Wernbloom back today,i rate him important because he can be dangerous on corners, free kicks with headers.
Helsingborg will have same team of last match so,Omotoyossy still out and def. Wahlstedt suspended.
This means Marcus Nilsson makes his first match of the year and only the second premier division match in his career, probably HIF will use a defensive squad 4-5-1 with only Laarsson upfront.
I cannot see IFK losing again at home, there's the risk of a draw but i feel Svenska Mastare will not fail today.
Any thoughts?

O.T. I've read there is rain and cold and wind in your counties, why don't u all come here in south of Italy for some holidays?
Now,out of my window, there is sun and 34° degrees, and the sea is 500 mt. in front of me

Wahlstedt played last match, so Helsingborg will yet again have to change their defensive line up. Wernbloom's comeback for sure good news for IFK, but I can definately see Helsingborg snatch a point today. IFK were very lame vs Trelleborg and Helsingborg have enough quality to match IFK. Odds for Helsingborg looks very high atm, my choice would be Helsingborg + 0.5 @ 1.96. Just valuebetting in a match that's hard to predict the way I see it.

Sure G:G,i forgot to add same team with Omo out but Wahlstedt will miss today clash for suspension
I like HIF since they eliminated Inter from Champions years ago(Forza A.C. MILAN),i only think IFK played so bad in last match than to play worse is impossible, they only can improve.
However,if IFK fails also today, another team to add to my black list

Hammarby -1 is too good a value bet with better form than the promoted Norrkoping. another draw game?

IFK this season's performance is below par from last year No.1 and the forms seems slipping down again for the last 2 games. A point will be a bonus for up against the on form Helsingborg

Hammarby to score 4 goals or more @ 8.00

Nice one, Gandalf

Helsingborg +0.5 worked for me, with a bit of luck I must say.

liverpoolfan: Thanks for your very valuable input in this thread.

Thank you G:G,

You had hardiest work with Helsingborg match and you 'feel' it fine : was nice !

Want to ask you and to Allsvenskan punters if there is a little way for Norrkoping to improve or if if it's 'no way' for them this year. It's strange they scored three times against Hammarby and strange too the number of shots they get in the game : they were in position very often it seems.. but maybe Hammarby team just 'rest' after leading 3-0 in half-time ?
I ask because, next Sunday, it's Kalmar and bookmakers odds are strange enough for me.. As leader is always 'main target' for smallest teams, i don't know, looks like dead-end again..

Thank you.

IF Elfsborg v Gefle IF

Gefle selected players :
Mattias Hugosson, Daniel Bernhardsson, Thomas Hedlund, Anders Wikström, Andreas Dahlén, Yannick Bapupa, Johan Claesson, Yussif Chibsah, Jonas Lantto, Hasse Berggren, Daniel Westlin, Amadou Jawo, Johannes Ericsson, Andreas Revahl, André Grim, Tomas Fernandez, Martin Sundström

Elfsborg selected players :
Abbas Hassan, Johan Wiland, Martin Andersson, Johan Karlsson, Teddy Lucic, Andreas Augustsson, Mathias Florén, Stefan Ishizaki, Anders Svensson, Elmin Kurbegovic, Daniel Nordmark, Helgi Danielsson, Emir Bajrami, Daniel Mobaeck, Joakim Sjöhage, Fredrik Berglund, Denni Avdic.

Not clear for me if players are missing or not in the two teams : i don't think so but not sure.

Elfsborg is a far better team of course. Don't see how Gefle could get one point at least but history has his weight too and they often get points from Elfsborg. All in all, odds are not very attractive for home team (about @ 1.40). Don't know really, smell as no bet in '1N2', will wait for "light" from other PL members if there is a big 'trend', maybe wrong with this one.

Will go with very small and funny bet, i think he could improve again and do better than last year :
Pick : Stefan Ishizaki, anytime goalscorer @ 3.75 (Gb) (3/10)

Gl !

Norrköping are, in fact, doing ok when it comes to attacking, they create chances and have started to score from them also, but their problem is the defence. It's not good enough for Allsvenskan atm, simple as that. If Norrköping could somehow improve their defensive play then they might climb the table and maybe avoid relegation. It has to be said that Hammarby missed 3/4 defenders when they scored three though.

Elfsborg - Gefle: My suggested bets are Elfsborg -1.25 and Gefle not to score. Elfsborg at home 5-1-0 10-0, total 7-4-1 16-3. Quite impressing record for Elfsborg's defence, they have kept a clean sheet in their last seven league games, also kept a clean sheet away to Hibs in the Intertoto cup. Gefle away: 0-2-4 3-9, Gefle's problem this season is their attacking, and now that they have lost Oremo to Djurgården the problem looks even worse, he has scored four of Gefle's totally nine goals this season.

There's no way Elfsborg would rate a match in the Intertoto Cup as more important than a league game. A win today would be very important as they are four points behind leaders Kalmar atm.

Elfsborg -1.25 is a fair handicap. Due to the upcoming intertoto cup, many are still reluctunt to bet on them and thats why not much depreciate in value. Home team will clear
