Has to be short this time:
Bryne has fired their coach Magnus Johansson. Hans Olva Frette will be his replacment to a new coach is ready. He has been a trainer at the club for a while, and was coach from 2003 to 2005. No new injurys in Bryne.
Haugesund has K.Nicol suspended. Injurys on Horneland(D), Nordtveit(D), Brandshaug(M) and Weaver(A). Not very good away and can get some problems in this derby game in Rogaland.

Hønefoss in bad form, lost last 4 games. Miss Solvoll(GK), Räsänen(D) and Lafton(A). Have lpayed bad lately and needs to do better to avoid relegation places.
Mandal is last with only 4 points on 11 games. Some injurys on Andersen(D), Myhrvold(M), Strandberg(M), Motland(A), Sagebakken(A) and Seland(A). Will be another hard game to get points in, and Hønefoss can finally win again. Odds is low.

LøvHam surprised away against Kongsvinger. Plays well and has good results so far. Important K.Walde(D) and S.Birkeland(M) is suspended. Both teams plays on artifical gras, so no advantage for LøvHam here.
Bodø had no problems against Raufoss in last game. Råstad(M) is doubtful. Bodø should be better, but odds aint very good.

Molde should beat poor Notodden at home. Havent played to well at home Molde but are in good form. Won last 3 games.
Notodden has problems away, only taken 1 point on their travels. K.Kvalheim scored 4 goals in last game. J.Mayard(D) is suspended.

Raufoss - Tromsdalen is a game between two teams in poor form. Raufoss lost 5 of 6 last games, while Tromsdalen has lost their last 3 awaygames, but take most of their points at home. 4-4-0 H2H to Raufoss.

Sogndal are favorites against unstabel Kongsvinger. KIL has done better away then home and can make a surprise here as they did against Molde away. Sogndal has done well lately and are normally good at home. H2H last 10 games: 9-0-1 to Sogndal.

HamKam will miss Bjørnevik(D) with suspension, btu should have big problems winning this game against Sparta. Odds are low so no bet for me here or on any of those other games. Good luck!

I have 6 bets in this league, although I admit to not knowing much about the division. I'm in more of an experimental phase here with Adeccoligaen, so for those following me, procede with caution lol. I have combined my statistical knowledge into providing some value picks, although I have also seen some of the matches this year. On Saturday I watched Ham Kam v Moss and this was a decent game of football. It ended 1-1 at both teams showed enough quality for me to be confident of backing them tonight against much weaker opponents.

One interesting match seems to be Honefoss against MK - ok I know MK appear to be pretty shit this year but odds on Honefoss are a joke. This team is in freefall after being hammered 0-3 and 0-4 respectively against weak teams. Why not again today I say? MK @ 7.55 looked to be way high and decent value to me in addition to the +1 AH.

Hopefully I can have a good day in this league, my debut for the division this year was on Sunday where I hit +5pts profit, I'd take the same again tonight.

Going with two big favourites tonight as I can't see a reason to pass them with these matchups.

Lov Ham - Bodo Glimt

10th placed hosts vs the first placed visitor. Bodo has been a force in last two games, scoring seven goals and conceding none. Out of five road games they have lost only one and won three, the loss came against Haugar Haugesund which is a much, much better team than Lov Ham. Lov Ham hasn't actually lost in last four games but the opponents haven't been that great with the exception of 1-1 draw again Ham Kam which can be considered as a fluke, these things just happen. The other teams faced were trash like Skeid, Mandalskamerat and Kongsvinger. I see Lov Hams unbeaten streak ending tonight against the rollin' number one team in the league as they shouldn't miss many points against these bottom dwellers, and so far they haven't.

Sparta - Ham Kam

15th placed host vs third placed visitor. Ham Kam has been one of the best so far and I can't see the tide turning tonight. They've been walking over opponents on road, posting five victories from five games beating tough teams like Songdal and Molde. Sparta on the other hand has done really bad so far, losing seven out of 11 games played. They've won the last two games though, but it can't be taken too seriously as the opponents were the last placed Mandalskamerat and badly slumping Honefoss. Ham Kam should be able to grap the win here without breaking much of a sweat, perfect road record to continue streaking.

So there we have it Bodo Glimt & Ham Kam to win over lowly opponents. The prices aren't too high so I combined them to a double making it a tasty @2.81.

Taking O 3 in the Raufoss-Tromsdalen game...Raufoss have given up 5, 4, 4 and 4 their last four games, and they never give up less than 2...At home I look for them to score also. BOL

+1.31 profit overall for me - Molde only winning by 1 goal margin was costly for me and also Kongsvinger were hammered 0-3.

still I had some winners but the shock result of the night was Lov Ham beating Bodo 4-0 . I fancied them to cause a surprise but not in this sort of way
