Default PL Race Meetings I, II, III, IV, V & VI & all the shenanigans that happened!

If you're going racing at any time this year and you would quite fancy sharing a pint with a fellow PL'er, why not pop into the "At the races" forum, click on the thread entitled "Are you racing this week" and let others know.

Hope I wont incur the wrath of the mods for this blatent advert but it strikes me that anyone who goes racing once or twice in a year may never visit the ATR forum and may not know about this thread.

You could be standing at the bar next to the famous GETT1NLOTS and never know.

On the other hand you could have posted your racing plans, met up at the bar, shook hands, had a pint together and gone your separate ways having put a face to the name.

So why not give it a go.

Unless, of course, you'd rather not bump into any of the loons on this site

Perhaps using Gettin as an example wasn't a good idea.

Come on, there must be hundreds of us going to the Cheltenham Festival for a start??

I don't know if I want to meet most people on here as everyone might like to give me a dig for old times sake. I can just imagine ONEDUNME and IrishTW giving me a good kicking for previous indiscretions.

I wouldn't mind meeting MickeyPaul or Punter as they are tiny and I could push them around and make them get my drinks for me. They could be my umpa lumpas for the day.

I would meet Komp as well as he would make me laugh but I imagine we would get very drunk and I'm staying off the booze at the moment so that wouldn't be a good idea.

Does PompeyBelle like Horses (the real type as opposed to what's dangling between my thighs type)? I wouldn't mind meeting her as I hear she has a belting pair of tits. Mind you I also hear in every other respect she's matted so maybe I won't bother after all.....

If anybody is interested at the mo, I`m at the Cheltenham Festival on the Tuesday (Best Mate enclosure), but will drop it in the proper thread nearer the time.

I've got no gripes with you or anyone else on here Gettin. There's nothing wrong with speaking your mind and I have respect for people who stand by their views steadfastly even when they are wrong most of the time as yours and Irish's are

Ian - I'm usually there for the Tuesday too. Hope to get ten minutes with you before I get absolutely bladdered.

Maybe we should keep this thread open for Cheltenham Festival arrangements. It would be good if we could get about 10 of us to meet at a certain point for a bit of banter at some stage.

Where have you heard this shite Gettin?

I know I shouldn't bite at this blatant attempt to show and tell and prove you wrong but wtf, Gettin was SO brave to put a pic up. Reader's husbands has never been the same

Ps Not a big racing fan but enjoy a day out. Usually York for the Dante meeting as I can get decent tickets for nothing but anything Yorks. If I see yas and recognise you from your picture I'll see how scary you look up close

Come on then PompeyBelle. Stop teasing. We all know you're a plumper and a bit over the hill but never mind. I'm sure I've had worse in my time.

I'm not usually one to agree with Gettin, pompeybelle, but judging by his picture I'd have to back him up and say I'm sure he HAS had worse
