| Komp, I'm sorry for your loss this week as I saw that the Gretna / Peterhead double came up again. However, I must pull you up on your "shitty leagues of England" comment. Scottish football itself has a bad PR. How is Non-league football "shitty" comared to Scots Div 3 then?. Can't you bet on them both? IMHO that if Bet 365 and fairoptions price up the FA competitions (and please tell Rafael and his legion of followers that non-league is "shitty" ) this albeit "minor" league is rapidly taking alot of my attention because the gains to be made (as non-league and rafael haver illustrated) are enormous. I myself had a great day yesterday in this section. And while we're still on the subject why has the thread for this weekends games be deleted?. I was unaware this level of censorship existed on this board (which I have read for three years)until this FA cup fiasco. Here's hoping this gets sorted out soon, AMP |

Maybe you would like to take the above comment back about censorship? And as for the word 'fiasco' One other thing? You have been reading this board and benefitting from the hard work of the mods and members for the last three years have you? Considering the mods do this for NOTHING I take offence to posts like yours above - especially since you have contributed a grand total of 49 posts in all that time.

| Sorry AMP i call the Scot's 2nd and 3rd and Junior football the 'shitty leagues of Scotland' too so dont be offended. 49 or 409 posts Gett1n every poster has the right to comment on anything in PL be their views right or wrong. It's when there is a misunderstandment or when the well trodden rules are called to question that threads like these appear. |

a) He was wrong anyway and the thread wasn't deleted. b) The mods do the opposite of him by contributing LOADS to the site. If someone wants to have a dig at the way we run the place that's all well and good. Just try and be correct about what you are moaning about and at least have the good grace to put in some effort yourself. Anyway Komp - I know people who lurk for years and never contribute bug the hell out of you too. :p

| really Gettinginlots? Well as for offence how about this: Back in the Euro Championships I had a considerable bet voided for "palpable errror". Being a novice punter I decided to email a moderator for some advice as i couldn't post at the time (see below). The moderator i emailed was - YOU. Did I get a reply to my email - Did I fcuk. As to your being offend by my paltry 40 odds posts read this. When I first started reading the boards back in 2001 I opened an account called "VinnieVegas". I probably only made about 20 posts or so. Subsequently I couldn't access the account to post for some reason, nor could I open a new account until recently. Thats why I wasted my time and emailed you. Anyway, your argument is irrelevant and petty. So I've made 50 posts and read for three years. What is the ratio anyway? Like most people I've been through phases where for one reason or another (travelling around the world for 9 months, bad losses) I haven't felt inclined to post. What gives you the right to criticise this? I used to think this site was great and their was a real sense of community. People sharing information to make their punts more informed. Now when a "moderator" displays this kind of attitude I am reconsidering this. BTW Thanks for redirecting me to non-leagues post. I just can't undertsand why I can't see them when I enter the forum. This forum is starting to feel like an old boys network. No doubt the moderators do a great good for free with little credit. Though why you felt like you had to attack me I've got no idea. Is there an official PL "party line" that I have to subscribe to now then? Thank you for your (brief) amusement, AMP |

| ha gettinglots. Maybe it should be "should be gettingoutmore?" trying to rustle up support? My daddy';s a fireman you know...|I KOMP. No offence taken. Like I've already said the scottish thread is a gem your posts invite discussion and help punters make informed decsions. I think this was beginning to happen with non-leagues threads before they got swept up under the carpet. Gettinglots - if you don't like giving your time for free maybe you should quit??? Maybe this post has put me over the 50 mark and changed my status to "more respectable". An even more amused, AMP |

| I genuinely didn't get your email or I would have replied. Secondly I'm not bothered if you decide to post loads or not. Just have the grace to apologise when you are wrong instead of accusing the board of having some kind of censorship dictate which is what you did (and were wrong about). Maybe your mouth should be forming the words "Sorry I was wrong" rather than a 'wry smile'? As for wanting or needing anyones help to back me up in any disagreement I am having I think we both know I neither require it or need it. Nuff said. |

| "As for wanting or needing anyones help to back me up in any disagreement I am having I think we both know I neither require it or need it" oooohhhh, your machisimo just oozes of the screen|I We both know huh? Sorry you've lost me on that one. Nothing I've seen (or not heard) from you so far implies that. I was making to your last post and the "lurkers" - (which I've noticed you've not apologised for). Now, to the matter at hand and the real bread and butter of your low carb diet argument. Yes I said censorship. Yes I said Fiasco. Miriam online defines censor as " to examine in order to suppress or delete anything considered objectionable" So you see shouldbegettingoutmore censor doesn't only mean "delete". I've clicked on your nice dashing blue link and my computer froze. As I earlier said I can't see that particular thread when I enter the Britain lounge. Before I could. Now I can't. Why not? Suppress. Supress..Must Supresss... Just read your post - where is it then. As for asking if I am illerate or not Very sad.AMP P.s So are you gonna apologise about my 50 posts no or what? is this your official view of anybody who doesn't break the 1000 mark? | What a load of old tripe this thread is i have to say. Rules are Rules, if we had a thread for every single good piece of info given, it would take up pages every saturday afternoon. People who want to open new threads etc. are just looking for exposure, with everyone to pat them on the back afterwards. If people can't accept where they have to post the info they want to share, then quite frankly i don't see the point in posting at all. As for the rest of the issues regarding this thread, why don't you go to Banter or General chat to argue but seriously guys, Britain is for BETTING only, so as i said before, if you want to argue, don't like the rules, think you deserve 'credit' or whatever, go somewhere else to do it I don't really like to get involved in stuff like this, but i happen to think the Britain forum is probably one of the best around of it's kind, lets just try and keep the standards up hey guys? Finally, this is not a dig at the QUALITY of what is being posted, just the manner in which it's been done. Now i'm also in a shitty because of those 'hoofers' Everton, bah humbug to you all ![]() |

| AMP - look you just have a problem understanding basic stuff. a) It's not my fault your computer doesn't work and the links won't pop up. If you just used your eyes and scrolled down the Britain forum you would see the thread you accused us all of deleting still exists. b) I've just realised - I didn't get your email because..... guess what 'Mastermind?' I don't show my email address on my profile? Where did you get it from Einstein? Or did you mean my MSN? Ermmmm that's not an email address - MSN is messenger mate. You see what I mean about basic stuff? Now you owe me two apologies.c) I don't care how many posts a member makes (although I obviously love it when a member contributes lots.) But I do have a problem with people who moan and complain but add very little to the place. I think 49 posts in 3 years is a woeful contribution for someone who then chooses to moan and is wrong about what he is moaning about (The post was never deleted). You see the important part? Not the number of posts you make - it's the bit in bold tagged on to it? I'll let you have the last word but you'll still be wrong. That's not a matter of opinion - It's a matter of FACT as I have disproved the email thing, the deleted posts thing, the swept under the carpet thing - crikey everything. |

| Pomp, Komp and all other mods - I understand that Britain isn't the place to argue but if new members are led to believe that we censor and delete threads we do not like (which we haven't done) and that accusation is raised in Britain it has to be dealt with here otherwise people will never join or stay. Personally I am happy for AMP to start a thread arguing with me in GC if he prefers? |

| "As for the rest of the issues regarding this thread, why don't you go to Banter or General chat to argue" Last time I checked this thread was entitled something like "Where are all the posters" and this is something I'm trying to get to the bottom of. I don't think my posts are in the wrong section. They are simply addressing the points raised. Why should I go to some chatroom? Nor do I think people will come here looking for Betting guidance with a title like that - so why call this thread "tripe"?. "People who want to open new threads etc. are just looking for exposure, with everyone to pat them on the back afterwards." Couldn't that be more widely applied?. So everyone who opens threads is after a pat on the bat. Anyway, the nature of gambling is for the house to let the player play for long enough.. To my knowledge non-leaugue didn't call his thread "The non-league is great" thread or "my tips" thread. He just named it the FA Qualifying thread. A genuine title I'm sure all will agree. Correction - apparently the mods don't so why is it one rule for some and another for others?. As I've also stated earlier no one battered an eyelid when Rafael has his own threads (titled "Rafs Picks" or something similiar) Pompey post - for what it's worth I enjoy reading your threads. Damn this insommia, AMP |

| "You see what I mean about basic stuff? Now you owe me two apologies". You're a moderator. I couldn't log on. Maybe I did send you a mail to your MSN adress. Maybe I'll apologise for that. I didn't distinguish between MSn and hotmail. Maybe I wont. Your bang out of order on the 50 posts bone you keep intending on throwing up. I suggest you read my previous mail regarding log on diffuculties and travelling. If your a Mod - why isn't your email on your profile? Isn't that what it's there for? Being an all powerfull MOD and all. Actually get this - I do apogise. i was under the impression that the thread had been deleted because it was moved from it's previous position. it's logical that Iwould look for the newest threads near the top of the screen. Why was it moved? As to going to a cozy chatroom with you...|I More subversion. I'm close to packing all this in. i don't mean this no brain argument. I have recently posted my picks and analysis but I'm not sure I can be bothered anymore. No body losses. I'll still keep punting regardless and look to other means to communicate and shar|I e with my fellow punters. AMP |

| Sorry..still can't find the thread. Bottom of the page you say - where?. I've even checked on page two. BTW I can see the thread " Bet2Go New Bookie - FREE ?0 worth of bets!" though. Shouldn't this be in the relevant "Free bet forum" mmmmmmm. Why is that?. AMP |

| Well AMP if you have to leave then you have to leave. That's a shame but a bit like nonleague I think it smacks of childishness that when someone deems it appropriate to disagree with either of you, you have both decided to 'spit your dummy out'. You're threatening to go and Non League won't share his excellent analysis anymore. I have lots of disagreements on here and never leave. It's part of what a discussion forum is all about. As for the post being moved it wasn't. It was taken off being a sticky because all the games had finished (The stickies are all at the top). When I posted the new fixtures and made them the stickies I made the old fixures 'unstickies' if you get what I mean? (So they naturally fall down the page). This keeps all upcoming games towards the top so we can discuss them. It's boring sticking and unsticking and posting fixtures and odds - but that is one of the duties mods do to keep the place running. As for my email address I can't remember why I didn't include it. It hardly seems necessary seeing as members PM me all the time with questions and queries - something you are also most welcome to do if you want to in the future. |

| On my page it is five under Midweek Conference North. If you can't see it there then you need to check how you have your page configured. I can't remember off hand where the options bit is so that you can view the page in many different orders / ways. I'll have a look. |

| Do you actually read my mails or just have a pre-conceived rant that you think you'll post when you see my name? "It hardly seems necessary seeing as members PM me all the time with questions and queries" I was a member. I couldn't log on. How could I PM you?. As for not leaving - well, you're a moderator|I . i'm just another mug punter. I take your point about stickies. not wanting to re-itterate old arguments (as you shoud'ver read my posts) but whats the point of giving a thread with two games a sticky and not one when we have a thread with about thirty games that in the past has generated a load of hits? I still can't find the post. I'm will to accept that it's not been deleted. I never said that (might want to reread my post) I said "censored". So it's been moved. Where??? As for childishness. Not really. Like I say, I've been a reader since 2001. it's not a case of spitting my dummy out. Its my two pence worth as a visitor. "It's part of what a discussion forum is all about" What, deciding which posts to subvert and copious advertsing? If you disagree with my calling it "subverting" then why was it moved? (Hypocritically I do like the adverts but as Komp said"everything in it's proper place") A very bored and still wry smiling, AMP |

| I'm just not getting through to you am I???? My main gripe is non-league opened a new thread several hours ago regarding this weekends FA cup qualifiers. I read it. Now it's gone. The fountain of knowdledge (a.k.a gettinginknots) posts "On my page it is five under Midweek Conference North" Well, well, well. Please explain to me why the Fa cup should be under conference north?. I'm running of broadband and still can't see a post from non-league under that thread. i see his injury thread. Unfortunately I am able to see your posts. But as for the mystery Fa cup Qualifiers (covered by bet365 don't you know:b ) nada.zip.diddly fcuk all. As for laughing and crying I've got a suggestion for you. Reading. I notice you didn'r reply about the advertising thread. Or me justifying (not that I have to) my 50 posts. Or why you should have an email address listed for this site.... I'm gonna take myself off to bed soon as this is akin to playing scrabble with a one eyed arachnoid for mars. AMP |
