Nah mate. I am being serious, it isn't a comeback.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the Irish Tricolor is flown at Celtic Park...?

why?

No I'm not. If I was then why would I need to ask?

If you are a Scottish club then why fly the flag of a foreign country on top of your stadium? Seems a bit strange to me... I didn't say you didn't fly the Saltire either btw.

Well done on turning this onto Celtics connections, however I have just answered your question.

Tell me (I have never actually looked as I cant stand the sight) what flags fly over Ibrox??

SPL flag, Saltire, Union Jack and (soon to be, the Champions flag).

oh dear. Ok then, the reason the tricolour flies proudly over celtic park is in honour of the Irish priest who founded the club. Celtic, as a club are extremely prud of the origins of their creation and the irish links it brings. It makes it no less a Scottish club but there is no reason they should be made to feel ashamed of their past.

Perhaps you may like to answer the question why Rangers fans feel the need to sing England songs at their games?

There are actually Celtic fans on here who admit that their team is 'pish', just to get a dig in at Rangers. That makes me laugh fcuking hard that does! Total sour grapes all round I would say.

As for Fiorentina's new supporters here - all I can say is, get a life. Much ad I hate to admit it, if Celtic were the only 'Scottish' team left in Europe, I would be siding for them - anyday. After all, the better Scottish teams do in Europe the better the co-efficient etc.

Total immaturity to be supporting the Italians IMO.

Have you just realised? You are spot on, there is absolutely no reasoning with these paranoid, bitter and insecure idiots. Its a constant one way flow of negativity and digs at Rangers and our fans, and imo this thread has become extremely boring and predictable. Alex(and others) i totally understand, if you feel the need to reply to these people to defend our great club, but when these idiots(bell-end being the worst) are so blatantly biased and bitter, imo we are all waisting our time. Luckily i am in contact with GOOD celtic fans on a regular basis, and have a great bit of banter and a fair and balanced debate with them(albeit ever so slightly biased). but these people really do make me laugh

Look forward to the response but there will be no reply!

Fingers crossed for thursday alex

Yeessss, I was right, knew the 'champions flag' would be mentioned.

So tell me, why the Union Jack.?

Scotlands national anthem mentiones the times Scotland as a nation stood against Edwards army?? Surley a bit silly to have a flag that represents a country or union our own national anthem is against?

Spoken like a true Non Brit.

Celtic, the only club in the UK with a non British Identity, and the only club to be proud of it.

Some clubs, RANGERS for example, still pride themselves in being part of the UK,

No it doesn't.

Scotland's National Anthem is GOD SAVE THE QUEEN.

Why would you want to be proud of being part of something so disgusting and with so much sad and immoral history..?

Scotland wont be part of it for much longer, let me assure you, most Scots have woken up!
