Women's grunting - The Punters Lounge

Don't care for tennis much but watched a womens match involving Sharapova and someone else. I couldn't get over the amount of grunting these women do. Every shot they played was met with a loud GRUNT

. Anyone would think they were having an orgasm.

After watching it for 2 minutes I couldn't take much more and switched over to BBC 2 were another women's game was in progress and guess what..........more annoying grunts.

Thank god you don't get that in mens tennis.

Yeah always annoys me and I don't watch all that much tennis TBH but my mum is a mad Tennis fan and when ever I go up there she has it on.

2 ladies with both hands on a racket making grunts at a moving object?

Sounds like a porn film but TBH it is off putting and you get the feeling that they cant cope with the physical aspect of the game well if that the case then they should stick to knitting and Tampax

You can't be sure as to why some of them grunt very loud - mainly thinking of Sharapova and Seles - but it must be a great way to annoy the opponent.

I believe they deliberately train making these noises to release energy and help relax the upper part of the body. I think some men grunt / have grunted quite a bit in the past too.
