It's old firm fans, goes with the terrority. If you have the thread that's what you get. Sometimes it's all about how you decode it, things don't always mean what they appear to on the face of it. The subtexts can pass a lot of people by. Anyway, keeping it out of the betting forums where it was starting to intrude was my purpose in opening the old firm thread. I'm delighted to say it's done exactly that. From my point of view, the thread has been a roaring success, the betting threads are clean.

| Re: Tommy Burns loses fight with cancer Had to look in when I saw the title. I only know one Tommy Burns, the ex-world heavyweight boxing champion. Battered so badly by Jack Johnson in Sydney on Boxing Day 1908, that the police stopped the fight and the filming. He died in 1955.
