Happy for Donny Rovers, wasn't so long ago they were back in the Conference, their ex Chairman was setting fire to the stand and now look where they are.
They're what every 'small' club should be looking at, fantastic achievement and thoroughly deserved imo.
Commiserations to Leeds, I fully expect them to bounce back next season and they'll be 15pts better off.
As for eric, you're a prize penis, congratulations.

Tossers like you and your attitude, come and go.
I think this is badly over the top, Eric doesn't like Leeds, lot of people don't, he's happy to see them lose and has said so. Big deal, so have plenty of Spurs / Arsenal / Celtic / Everyone else fans on other threads about their rivals.

As far as I know Eric is from Manchester, long time United fan and season ticket holder. He's entitled to dislike Leeds and be happy to see them in trouble. People seem happy to jump on United fans and abuse them without reason. They're not all from Tokyo or Auckland you know.

There is no requirement for people to like their rivals or to want them to win.

It's banter, he can gloat. Just because a Leeds fan cheered on united against a german team 10 years ago, doesn't mean the favour would be returned. It's not even as if it was against an overseas team

It's not just Leeds AJ, just check out some of the other threads and you'll find out why? To yon lad he hates every team and fans which in football is a pretty petty thing to do.The pub i used to go in are all Man Utd fans and they'll enjoy some light hearted banter and slagging of teams, but they can respect other teams achivements.
Yon lad can be the loner that he is and thats why he's been banned from most forums

That said - When I met him (Amongst friends in Bournemouth) he was a very nice bloke and level-headed, And i wish him the best!
Thanks for the review! Yeah, when he was at Bournemouth he scored the fastest league hat-trick so he's always had the ability to do well. When he was at our school he was one of the few to win the top award with the Coca-cola football achievements. So even from a young age he appeared to have a decent chance of making the grade. I hope that Doncaster will draw Spurs in a cup next season and then I might well make the journey, especially if it's at White Hart Lane (easier to get a ticket) and watch myself see how he does.

AJ,

There's banter and then there's childish banter. The guy is a complete donut and so is anyone else that would cheer against british team that's in any sort of final, that was born in the UK.

I've always had this stance on this subject and I think it's sooooooo petty and boring quite frankly, that they will cheer against a british team, because they are rivals of them.

You will find the same guy cheering on the same players in the england team when they play international matches.

Yet if their opinion was so strong, they'd be booing everyone on the pitch that didn't play for their club.

You say it's banter and he's allowed to voice his opinion and I agree.

I say the guy is a child and always will be.

Do you think every Leeds United fan was rooting for Man U in the 1999 CL final?

I lived there at the time and this was definately not the case. There are/were a fair amount of fans who detested Man U.

Thats because he's probably only read the posts here and assumed that we were jumping on all Man U fans - It may have gone unnoticed to him that we were actually replying to a long list of your comments throughout the board. After he reads these, Im sure he'll understand that we have nothing against United fans and were just having a go at you personally

Ohhhh dear is that the best you can come up with.

Your obviously the sado-masochistic type and enjoy revelling in the beratings you get.

I bet you cried when Beckham got that boot to the head off Ferguson as you'd been dreaming of him doing it to you for years.

Your ideal tour round Old Trafford wouldn't included the trophy cabinet, you'd rather hit the shower room and try and lick any dried sweat the players have left behind just so you could feel part of the team.

I bet you sobbed when Rooney and Ronaldo had the spat at the world cup as it had ruined your chance for a threesome, and I bet you wanted to lick his tears.

Your offended by the Prawn Sandwich comments as they make you look like ponces so you'd rather have the term "sandwich à crevette rose" to make you think your above your station.

Just don't forget to keep paying the higher and higher ticket prices and Cup games you just won't go to and any complaints ,you can't have any ,cos your clubs the right model to go off.

And don't forget your success is based around two Leeds players,Cantona and Ferdinand so in effect Leeds have helped you no end.

Listen sharpie, if you’re offended and slightly seething by the obscene things United fans sing at people from Blackburn, don’t take it out on me.

Its the only mcdonalds ive been in where some have got 3 eyes and 4 arms, you think they're looking one way when they're looking another

btw, whats the best away support you've ever seen at ewood park ?, thanks.

Always out sung United at Ewood Park and we sing far more obscene chants at your lot.
The McDonalds comment well you just going there proves the fact that you wanted to be with your own type
And our best away support at Ewood Park has always been Liverpool

Pleased for Donny.
Used to watch Bournemouth a fair bit when I was at uni there and O'Driscoll and a few ex Bourne players meant that got my support
Hayter was excellent at Bournemouth, was only a matter of time before he moved on, same with Wade Elliott. What's he doing now? Wasn't he at Luton or something, anyone know how he's doing?!

I wish he was with us . Unfortunately it was Feeney and Robinson we ended up with from Bournemouth . Anyway, to answer your question mate, Elliott is at Burnley

Its also not in the glazers interests to run the club into the ground.
when the Glazers walk they will leave United with the debt
they won't take it with them
they are tossers
and because of the success on the pitch lots of fans
have forgotten the hatred that we felt
and should feel for them.
