Before he took it I was praying so much that he would miss it, that I had my head down as he took it and I missed it....

Even Bent took has taken them before. What a shocker from the ref in the first half though. Pleased we are getting better though and the performances are starting to come and we are becoming a more solid unit. The better players such as Dawson, Jenas, Lennon and Berbatov are playing better as well.

To be fair they'd have struggled to have played worse!

I have not seen it since and my initial thought was that he got in front of the man at speed and any contact is a possible penalty although unlikely as we never seemed to get anything. Also people at half time were saying we should have had the handball penalty whcih I did not see clearly as I was up the other end but there was an obvious Keane one and a red card should have followed. It was scandlous that it did not. You are right about them not playing any worse though even if half of them were injured at various points.

Well I could hear when the lot sing JD is a Yiddo a different word beginning with N and referring to the colour of his skin. Not a surprise as often at Chelsea, West Ham and Arsenal there is anti semitic and racial chants.

Is it not racial saying 'Yiddo' to a fellow human being?

Garrard was continually booed yesterday. I think we should look at doing that next week against Bolton, he was immense - easily his best display of the season.

Bit surprised by the widespread booing of England players, hardly their fault the coach picked 451 at home and 352 away to Croatia

He dived again I believe, although not seen it.

If he took racial abuse I'm sure the FA will deal with it, but are you sure he didn't just take abuse? Hardly the most popular man at Upton Park, and I'd be surprised if anything racial went on.

He's not Egytpian so if it did I'm sure it will be punished, though I doubt it did.

Truth hurts I guess. What does he expect following their relegation at St Andrews?!

Well I would have boo'd him yesterday. He cost me £300 by missing that pen. Did a perm bet any 3 from 6 games over 2.5 goals. Got 4 up so £120 back but it would have been £400 had he scored. Useless cnut.
