I'd like to point out i'm not one of those

jawdees cant get enough of replica kit, is that the reason behind the famous atmosphere ?

I'd also like to say i'm glad kev is back, its just nice to have him around. If you get a couple of word class players in next season and string 2 wins together you'll be going for the league wont you ?

You're a sleeping giant eh ?

Once the league is gone in the first week of the season you'll be saying 'we're going for the FA cup, we want some silverware', then get knocked out by a club like watford.

kev will bottle it at some point and leave.

The merry go round will continue .

Were a big club in terms of size, fans, money, letters in our name, football wise, were small fry

Kev = did well saving us from relegation, dont think he has any balls at all and will be gone by xmas at the latest.

Man Utd = USA inc.

what does this have to do with 2008/2009 kits? Did a Newcastle fan steal your milk money when you were younger or summin?

The answer to your question is it hasn't. The reason why Newcastle were brought up was because of morlspin's comment.

I remember watching that statue of saddam hussain being pulled down and there was a young lad in a Newcastle shirt standing next to the reporter

Im absolutly gutted that we are getting rid of our black'n'red halves away shirt

I think its one of our best away shirts for years now, it keeps the famous half colours but yet lets us use them away.

Dunno what they will come up with with and Ive also heard that our blue for the home kit is gonna be a lot darker for next year

Why cant they let me sort the kits out

changing kits doesnt bother me too much these days.

Ive got a few shirts but only buy the ones i like & have most of the retro ones they produce. Being in hoops means they cant chnage too much however there are concerns the new owners might get carried away this year.

Ive always liked blue shorts with the home kit as we sometimes wear them away. When i was younger & played in the R's kit, i always played in the blue adidas silk shorts with 3 white stripes down the side.

New kit is due out soon but havent seen it yet.

New Liverpool one

Credit to the boys for declaring now that this will be our home kit for 2008/08 and 2009/10. At least people know where they stand.

I like the way they have put 'Holidays' in the title to prevent confusion with the shirt size of the average West Ham fan.

Is that Sears? I think it's a mistake to use him for the photo. There is a lot of expectations being built up on him.

It is...

They went on a 'youth' theme for this one.. also had Tompkins and Noble on the website - just wanted to show players coming from the youth team breaking into the first team, so I do not see the harm in it.

It's going to be red and white with a big yellow stripe down the back.

(We haven't had a barney for a few days so I thought I'd get one going)

We've done it for years. Think its some law in english football a home kit has to be for 2 season Thats why every season the away kit changes.

TBH I aint fussed on that shirt at all atm, might warm to it, but it just doesn't look right.
