VIDEO XPRESS - need help

I have just recently bought Video Xpress from ads as i wanted to load onto my pc my videos from my Hi8 cam corder. It comes with 3 packages. Capwiz, Instant video xpress and muvee6.

I know the converter works as the instant VXP produces the picture on screen.

Its the muvee6 i cant get to work which enables you to record and store the videos. It produces the picture on screen ready for recording but it is constantly flickering. I have gone through all the setting PAL-I,B,M etc etc and none of those will give me a stable picture.

Capwiz does the same thing but i get no picture at all on that except sound.

Support seems to be non existant as emails are getting no where.

Can anyone help ?, much appreciated
