probs with bluesq - The Punters Lounge

I have a problem with blue sq poker which their support cant help me with.Any updates get stuck abour a third way through and when I try reinstalling I get a message to contact support.
I have about thirty other poker rooms on the same computer all working well.
Any help would be appreciated.

only thing i can suggest is uninstalling Blue sq, then downloading the software from their site again - hopefully this will clear whatever is blocking the updates.

Do you have a firewall activated on your computer? (If not, you probably should)
Could this be stopping part of the update, possibly seeing it as spyware or something?

Thanks for the suggestions georgej.

tried the uninstall/reinstall but to no effect.

only have windows firewall and will enable blue sq to get through to see if that will work.
