Please help..damsel in distress!

I know as a rule you dont like technical posts in here...but I really need help with this,I am trying to download my webcam again(The one Komp gave me,he got it in Argos,buy obe get one free)I had to get the Smartcam drivers..This isnt the problem,The problem is that when I try to install the drivers..The setup starts and then it comes up saying "cannot continue installation,as you already have a version of this on your computer"So I go into ADD OR REMOVE programmes and I see the Smartcam drivers and I have tried to delete them,but it dosent even give me the option,just says used rarely..no ADD/REMOVE I have never seen this before as It usually says REMOVE......



OK,so I cant delete from the control panel,I tried uninstalling from DEVICE MANAGER,that didnt work,so then I tried the REG CLEANER,and that didnt work..I dont know what else to try!!Can anyone help?

Here Lian this will work. If it doesn't uninstall it then change to EXPERT mode and then it will. Quite user friendly-

Ross that aint working...It aint coming up on the list,everything else thats in the control panel is there to delete,just not the smartcam bit

If you have the driver then in device manager select update driver and browse to the location of your new driver and install.
