Was looking online at reviews and i there is online challenges to do, fecken great

Yeah i have u on PSN, I'll need to play a bit on single player or i'll be ballax

This game is fecken awesome

Am gonna take you through my experience so far.

So i put the disk in and go to make a cup of tea, on the PSN menu its starts pumping our GNR Paradise City, so i get excited and i click to start th game, a new player tutorial comes up showing the city with GNR pumping away, getting more and more excited. This stops and a guy starts to explain what to do and you start at the junk yard with this fecken beast of a car.

Anyway, the graphics are lovely, sounds are great, like when u pass a car very close, you get that zip noise, the crashes are mad as feck and the Soundtrack from the radio just sets the tone, GNR, Soundgarden, Janes Addiction, FNM etc etc

As mentioned gameplay very easy, just cruise up to the junction, spin ur wheels to start a challenge (u have to have right licence and car for certain ones) or u can just cruise the map

This is gonna keep me away From COD 4 at the mo.

I have finished 3 races do far (got 2 new cars, and one to fine in the city to take off the road, then it becomes mine) i have smash endless billboards, done camera clicking super jumps and opened up endless shorts cuts

This is a must for people who like driving games but abit more arcade

Just won my first online race,
I had this beaten up old truck thing against 2 really cool looking jap rockets, 1 player took the wrong turn and the other I smashed out the way nr the end and just boosted it all the way to the finish. Fooking top game..


BTW if you click L1 and R1 you get to do the showtime piece which is barrell rolls smashing all the cars up and you bounce down road earning money as you destroy the oncoming cars.

Does anyone else find themselves ducking when a cars flying over your head

Ohh this just gets better and better, i Have my B licence and i think 12 cars (maybe more), 17% of the game completed so far. Aint went online yet. My fav races are the Marked man and Takedown ones, followed by the stunt ones

Carl i have that trunk its a fecken beast, knocks the feck outta anything on the road,

BTW if your doing stunts, get loads of points but 360 spinning off the Jump at the top of the mountain, landed my first barrel roll last night aswell.

I spent about 2 hours just cruising the map finding all the Junk yards, paint and repair shops

Also found alot of the super jumps, billboards and shortcuts.

Hoping to get this game at the weekend, loved the demo and should be able to pick up a trade in at Gamestation. Any way of us organising an online race etc when a few of us have it or do you just play against random drivers?

The online play is done very well, if ur playing an offline game and ur friends go on, u press the right direction on the pad, this opens up the online and ur friends list, u send an invite and if excepted then its only who u invite on the map. Then we can set about doing online challenges.

Its mad how its done cause if u accept u continue driving but the map changes from single player map to online map, u need to see it, its hard to explain

We'll set aside a night and get a few of us online racing.

Get down to the beach where theres ramps etc its great fun just doing 360's and smashing each other up.

I've been playing Uncharted - Drakes Fortune, don't think i've ever seen graphics as impressive, gameplay is pretty good too, adventure/puzzle type game. Also had a whizz on Fifa08 as Barca but got beat 3-2 by a 10 man Real Madrid side in extra time.

Online or against the AI ( If the AI what Skill Level was it ?)

Im on Legendry Skill level now against the AI and my online record is pretty good too , sommit like 150 games played , 60 Clean Sheets , Rating of 12

Ive also won our Ladder twice out of the last 3 months, which is pretty good considering we have some very good players in it.

Online. Do you know the rating next to your username online, is that based on your results/performances etc because the lad I played against had double my rating. I've tried to add you as a friend but it says pending still.

Yer the Rating next to your Name is based on all of your Online Games youve played, I'll sort that Friend activiation out next time i turn my PS3 on bud.

I've just got Burnout Paradise today,not played it yet though. It was £39.71 at Asda and £49.99 at Gamestation and they had 1 copy trade in that was £39.99. That is lemonjon, Carl and Me that have Burnout now, come on fellas, get it on the credit card. I'm up for some online racing, sort a night out this week and we'll have some Burnout.
