soz all bit slow

how do i paste a pic from my pics onto a post on here?

insert image asks for url, and i cant copy and paste it....

and yes i am daft? help appreciated ta

You have to upload it to the net first.
Go to www.imageshack.us upload it and it will give you a link. Click the yellow box to add an image when you make a post and copy and paste link when it asks you for 'image url'

You can resize in the same way you do in anyother app. Put your mouse pointer over the corner of the pic and drag to resize.

You can also specify the size you want it to be in imageshack when you upload - it will resize it for you
