New PC for children - The Punters Lounge

I want to buy a PC for the kids aged 4 and 5. The 5 year old has started using one at school which puts him about 25 years ahead of me!

Any ideas on what would be a good one to start them with?

What about a cheap Laptop?
You can get a decentish one for around £350.
