Default Irritating little prob.(+Bearshare lite links)

Pc starts up ok and the internet is just as fast as ever but

when I try to open up applications ie notebook, photoshop word etc its taking about 20 seconds to load up rather than the instant start that I had before.
And also its taking a few seconds to close.

Only just noticed this over the last couple of weeks.
iv not installed anything or been messing with system files.
Ive no virus and I used Ccleaner almost everyday.

Have you checked to see if your hard-drive needs defragging and checked your disk for errors?

Also check what processes you have running in the background that might be eating ram.

Right Ive de-fragged and 'cleaned' out most of the temp stuff and some shite thats running behind the scenes etc and it does seem to load up a bit quicker but nothing like it should do.
cheers paul

I think maybe my Ccleaner is deleting a file? thats helps windows access programs quicker?
I dunno but Im happy with it now
cheers dude.

Fooking fantastic piece of software

I spend nearly all night downloading and running this.

Just amazing what it can sort out.

Junk files = nearly 1gb reclaimed

Internet connection up by 30%

Torrent download speed up by 50%

Only 1 problem that it keeps telly me about I seem to have a file in my startup that needs removing and I cant find it and SM6 can't sort it.

But saying that, it's like I got a new PC

Carl, off topic but I downloaded Bearshare on your recommendation, but I couldn't search for anything other than music.

What do I do to search for programs and apps (freeware of course )?
