How do you save google videos? - The Punters Lounge

Sorry if this is obvious but I dont know how to do it.
There is a couple of videos I had saved in my favourites that have disppeared. I've found one of them with subtitles so I want to save it in case it goes.

You can get the video downloader plugin for Firefox (if you use it) then you can download videos off a wide range of sites similar to youtube. Also you can do it the old fashioned way by using a packet sniffer to grab the links and paste it into good old Streambox to download (god, I love that program)

I always thought you couldn't. Must hunt down Firefox then. Actually better find out what that is first

Cheers for that LSD, I have a lot of videos I would love to save and always was under the illusion I couldn't!

Its an optional browser to IE and most people prefer it (although I don't), it certainly is better than IE in the sense that you can get all sorts off plugins and customize it to your likings, but I found it too CPU hogging for my likings. If you want it just go here, it's free and free from any sort of spyware/adware and sh1t.

To grab a movie from Google Video, YouTube etc. simply go to
http://keepvid.com/
Paste your link there and download the movie in any format you want (avi, flv, or mp4).
