How do i stop my Be a Pro Playing player appearing on my team oniline?

Also when we are in the club section how do i start a 10 v 10 game against other people. do we need to be in that dressing room bit. Any help would be great.

I'd like to say we had a game but I was destroyed 4-0. Did ok for about 15 mins of 1st half then 1 way traffic. I could play FIFA morning till midnight and still not get any better. I can't judge the pace and time after time opposition play through ball and get 1 on 1 with my keeper. Not sure how we start a 10 v 10 game, I think the help for online play is awful and when you invite someone for a game it should alert them. If you hadn't messaged me online i'd have no idea you'd invited me for a game, thought they'd have sorted this from FIFA 08. I'll have a play around with the online stuff over the weekend and try figure it out.

hehe, sorry about that, i have had to change my style of play as i always played PES, were you could keep the sprint button pressed down.

FIFA you cant do that, just use the sprint to get past people, press R1 to keep the ball close so turns and sharp turns are easier to do.

Thats what i done, u came flying in, i just turned, and you couldn.t.

Also keep an eye on ur players around the ball, don't take a defender out of defence to tackle a midfielder, try and get another MF to tackle.

second season of Be a pro finished, had to finish into top 3 with Man city, done that, had to score more than 10 goals, scored 22. 10 behind drogba.

so i had offers again from other clubs, all as first team member, so in the starting line up. I had offers from Inter, Schalke, Ath Madrid, Blackburn, Everton, Bolton and Man Utd. So i did what any Man city player would do and signed for Man U

Have to win league and score more than 20 goals.

The EA servers are abit sh1te

played ranked online last night, was winning a game 2 - 0 and then it said i was disconnected from the game, so i lose 3 - 0 ,but then when i clicked to play again it justed again, so i wasnt disconnected.

raging to as i won the other games, so i have a dodgy loss against my record.

Cheers Gaz, i Have searched and found ur team, but cant see a join function, there are 7 of us in the PL Club 'Inter PL' but we arent on at the same time to play 10 v 10

think you need min of 3

I have a lot of losses against my name and have started giving up caring whether I win or lose now. I want to win but heh, doesn't normally happen, one of the games that I did win, coming back from being 2-0 down to leading 3-2, the other player quit as soon as I scored the 3rd goal. I just won my last match 3-1 and have just taken again to being Inter. I find it difficult to play when you cant run past other players with ease, corners seem to be random chance and passing is affected when you press the button to tackle, win the ball anyhows and then pass it off the pitch!! I also hate it sometimes how there is such a delay which means that by the time it decides to actually pass the ball, the defender has won it off of you.

Lemonjon, out of interest, what level of difficulty do you have set for Fifa09 for the BAP mode? Just the semi pro mode seems to be way too easy at the moment, I did have it set to 5 minutes per half, just changed that to 4 minutes per half for the last match played but so far I have scored 56 goals in 21 games with 142 shots on target and probably could have scored even more than that. The only problem I dont like is having to play 46 games for the season which seems like it will take forever. i was away from home from last Wednesday til Saturday just gone though so had few days out.

am playing on Pro, but i find it is to easy to increase your players skills, When i started at leeds, my player was to good after about 10 games, then Man City, my player was ok, rating around 75ish, now am at Man U my rating is 81, I have cranked up the sprint, acceleration, finishing and strenght, so my Player can fly past anyone, and everything else is around 75. Think Be a Pro is only 4 seasons, so after i have finished these four i'll increase the level again. Also my team hardly lets in a goal, so that helps, if am having an off game i'll draw 0 0 or the AI scores.

Starting online rank matches, but getting my ass handed to me, think I have won 5 loss 7 but my losses are by 3 -0 most times.

We (TNB, Mowgli77 and myself) also tried the PL club 10 v 10 but it cut us off so not a good start for the PL team 0 0 1 . It was funny as we were all running about like nutters.

cheers for the game Jon, fcuking lost on penalties after a very tight 0-0 with extra-time.

after reading the Be a Pro post I decided to create mine. Ive only been playing online and doing the managers mode so Id not really got into the Be-A-Pro.

I created myself playing for Blackburn. Funny at first cus I didnt realise that you start in the reserves and I wondered where all the first team was. Plus it took 3 games to get the hang of it, Ive been ball watching and I found my player is at the other side of the pitch

Anyway Im about half way through the first season and I got called upto the first team after some fantastic displays as the reserves captain. I scored a hat-trick on my first team debut against Fulham. Im getting loads of one-on-one chances withthe keeper as I tend to stay very high up the pitch. Ive scored 7 goals in 6 games for the first team and I think im on about 36 for my career. Im on the brink of an International call -up as Ive dragged Blackburn from the bottom 3 to 8th with 8-9 games to go, so I need to make a real effort for the UEFA spots.

Of course the character is a dead ringer for me with Gary lineker-esque thighs model good looks and the skill of Ronaldo with the screen presence of Steve McQueen.

I enjoyed our 10 v 10 game until we got disconnected and forfeited the match. It would be good to get a couple of other involved too, the messaging part of Fifa is so annoying. It's probably best to message people through the PS3 network to arrange a game if you see them online, as LJ was doing yesterday.

After seeing that you were playing on Pro level, I have decided to start again, myself, on Pro Level and see how I get on. I decided to pick Leeds too as to follow in a way in your steps and so there is some level of direct comparison. I have created the player and now to see how I get on with the games at a higher level. This time my player is slower but better in the air. I am kinda hoping that I can pick up some easy goals from corners and crosses by being in the right place at the right time. I know there is less chance of just running past the opposition so will be more of a case of being in the right place, at the right time.

That 10 v 10 will take abit of getting used to , i nearly scored in our game, then we went 1 down. It was Inter (PL) v Chelsea, then the game stopped , We had TNB on the left wing, Mowgli77 on the right and me upfront.

I think there is a way to unlock, so instead of just one player u can control few, which would help with defence.

Cheers for the game Carl, these Blackburn Leeds games are pretty close, the odd goal settling the game.

Shame yesterday Carl u missed the 10 v 10 by about 5 mins as u were on COD

also is everyone happy with Inter cause the team can be changed, i just choose it cause its a good team that aren't English (i know people have a prob playing with a team that they don't support)

Should be on Later, (Moface will be on) might get a league match done, everyone in the league has to play each other once. I also made everyone a manager on the club so if you have any M8s invite them to the PL Club.

I had a game against Topnotchbloke and won 1-0, nearly scored a spectacular overhead kick then got stuffed by Lemonjon 5-0. I'm wondering if one person loses connection in a 10 v 10 it will quit the game. I should be online tonight from about 8 if you want to try 10 v 10 again. I'll try get a lad I know to join us too and my brother and we may get 6 or 7 of us for a game.
