Extracting RAR Files - The Punters Lounge

I downloaded Winzip but apparently can't extract the files from a RAR download. How can I do this? I looked and there only appears to be one RAR file that has been downloaded, not a RAR file and a RAR exe as has been said elsewhere. Is there any easy ways to extract the information? I'm just trying to extract the information from a Championship Manager 01/02 update that I downloaded and keep

because I have no idea what I'm doing....again!
