Extract mp3 from dvd audio?

Hi Guys,

just looking for a bit of guidance - am looking to extract audio from a dvd to be converted to mp3. Have Dvd shrink and Super (a conversion program). Have been playin around with these without any joy.

Has anyone done this before? Or any tips greatly appreciated,

Just search for DVD Audio Ripper in your fav search engine and you should be fine. Though if it's from a DVD AUDIO disc you will run into problems..

Any recommendations for an actual free program as opposed to the 'free' ones i've tried (either registration required or else not fully functional). Any suggestions welcome.....

Get the old DVD Decrypter from HERE

Load your DVD up and goto MODE>IFO. Click Stream Processing on right hand side and check Enable Stream Processing.

Down the bottom hit Demux..

Uncheck all the boxes in the middle except the audio file you want which are self explanatory. IE:- Number 1 is 6 Channel Audio and Number 2 is Stereo which im guessing you want for MP3.

Hit the Icon (DVD to Hard Drive) bottom left and you end up with a VOB file.



Load it up into SUPER@ and covert to the bitrate you want - it will take some depending on your PC specs..
