How do i find them please as it states com por 3 is closed, also how do i open it.

The samsung software will open the com port IF you have got it connected to that port.

Try setting it to com1 or com2 .

If you are using a Serial cable to connect to the samsung..

Only has Com 3

also it states error in connection, the closed com3 port

Is it a certain one, to put my usb lead into
