Why cant i sleep

I was put on Temazepam 5mg and then later on 10mg, this was to help me sleep at the height of my hip problems, when I was in too much pain to drop off.

The 5mg did not really help but when I tried the 10mg I was like a zombie for half of the next day. I believe that I only took it for 2 nights and had to stop as it was very scary feeling like that, almost like I had to tell my limbs what to do and was staring into space if I was sat down(which I was due to the hip probs).

Please Grae be careful with these.

When I played a lot of poker after 8pm and the games were lasting till 11.30-12.00 i really suffered with sleep,couldn't drop off and couldn't shut my mind down.This went on for weeks until I decided to knock on the head most games starting after 8.30pm and hey presto i was dropping off at 11.30-12.00 and sleeping all the way through.

Well it was either that or a big bag o pot and some of my sisters anti-psychotic drugs,Seroquel which puts you in the zombie state that Sam mentions in the previous post,but boy 10 mins after taking it your out like a light.

Definately not taking them, everything ive read about them shows there just not worth the hassle, gonna see what i can do naturally and hope for the best
