tried thathe just wants more if we do that and stays up all night. We end up then doing a bottle between us with a 80/20 split in my favour.

I normally get up at 5.15 so as i'm not working today i had a long lie until 6.30

If his room isn't blacked out, get some blackout linings for his curtains or something. If not tough shit

I'd say it does help mate and definitely worth a pop, even if it drags just another hours kip out of him it'll be dosh well spent. I say that because when our first was that age, she'd sleep 12 hours from about 7pm till 7am, she'd have a good feed, and go back till 9/9.30 we had a blacked out room then btw. It's not so bad in the middle of winter but the summer months when its light at 5 the lil feckers see the sunlight and want to get up

Make sure you get your ass to the next PL day, seems there is plenty to catch up on. Now onto getting up early, As you know our Daughter had a little boy and she lives with us still.

So we tell her to try and get his last feed to somewhere between 10pm and midnight, Now at only 2 mths old his feed is generally 10.30 to 11.30
sleeps right through till around 7 then gets changed and fed and he sleeps till about 9



So thats my only bit of advice mate, and yes them darker curtains no light getting in to room all work

Don't scare him with super sperm, Mrs Staffy may he having triplets, then they'll know what lack of sleep is all about, and he'll get sore nipples if they all get hungry at the same time
