Come on folks own up, we've all had some shockers!

My worst must be when I tipped Peter Manfredo to last 12 rounds with Joe Calzaghe

He was absolutely savaged ending in a third round TKO and shouldn't have even been in the same ring as Joe.

Im pretty sure ive tipped the under in baseball game which went over in the first inning... I remember also (a while ago) putting an accumulator on of fairly fancied football teams (like 10-12 teams), none of them won, none of them even drew, THEY ALL LOST.

I tipped England for a first innings lead just before India absulutely mullered them.

A few years back when united beat Arsenal 6-2 I tipped the unders.

Although both had sound reasoning, especially the Arsenal united one.

Too many shockers..

My all time favourite was a Mexican game about 4-5 years ago. I had a team tipped up at 7/4 and they were 0-3 up away from home after 78 minutes and I was giving it loads

They conceded 5 goals in the last 12 min + 4 minutes stoppage time

Oxford lost 0-6 at home..

QPR away at leeds a couple of years back, advised t back 0-0 & under 1.5goals for a very tight match, result 6-1 to Leeds, thye were 5 up at ht!!

Was about 3 years ago I think

I tipped an under 2.5 - Strasbourg v Toulouse, which I said was a banker 10/10 bet

the score was 1-2 after just 4 minutes played, and ended 2-4

I also once famously tipped a 'banker' under which went on to end a 4-4 draw

I'm amazed you started this thread really.....I mean you must have more to choose from than anyone.....I've heard that even some Indian bookmakers have gone bust since you started on the cricket circuit....

I get away with this because we are asked to explain how we arrive at our decisions. I dont study form so I don't post. My last bad one was with Huffers horse, Coppergirl. I was told it was going to run down the field for 3 races to get a lenient mark for a handicap. It was strangled at Wolverhampton and could have finished a lot closer. I had already told my mates about this. Next time it ran I looked at it at 7-30a.m. it was 11 or 11.5 on Betfair. I turned off the PC and went out. When I got back in at 11-00 a.m it was 4/1. It opened at 7/2 drifted to 5s, and won by six fcuking lengths. I didn't have a penny on it and am now crossed off about 10 Xmas card lists.
