for 2 days yes 2 DAYS Ive not had a drink

I'm sat here with water and a bit of lime cordial.

I came to the conclusion that I really need to cut down on the old drinking and start pushing the weights a bit more.

I went out Sunday evening but Id be drinking all day and I got really ill Monday so I think its time to listen to my body.

At the moment Im just going through the hard bit of getting out of the habit of going to the fridge every 15 mins or so.

Im hoping to to last till at least Friday night or possibly Saturday and for someone whos not had a day off in god knows how many years I think its time to slow down a bit.

Good luck in your Quest Carl.

I actually packed up the smoking and drinking in 1999 ready for the millenium.

Told the Wife on the way home on News year's Eve/day.

She said yeah I believe it when i see it.

Not smoked a fag since,

Stopped going 7 days a week. got it down to once a month, now it's just weddings ,funerals

And of course the best PL do's.

So I know you can do it.

Bonus is you don't smoke, So working on the weight's will come easy for you.

Its made a massive difference to my diet tho, usually Im not a breakfast person but recently Ive been constantly hungry.
I know its easy to snack on stuff but Im trying to not eat any different to before.

I could just do with a few beers tonight whilst watching the footy.

God Im absolutly craving for a beer

Ive decided to give up the beer during the week and just have Saturday as my main drinking day.( I was pissed as a fart on Saturday)

Can't believe Im sat here with a cup of coffee, I thought coffee was for the mornings to get rid of your hangover.

I think my body is going into shock as I been up since 6am and now its getting caffine at this time of the day.

Ive got out of the habit of just going to the fridge every 10 mins or so for a bottle but god I need a drink.
