We've been there to the distillery, got to sample it all the way round, through all the different stages. The 'white stuff' which is when it's 100% would blow your mind. It's matured in barrels that had Bourbon in it in America and it's because they scorch the inside of the barrel that gives it it's colour.

Yeah no matter what I've got now I know by Wednesday Thursday I'll be beer shopping again.
