I need this help immediately before i go down stairs get a carving knife and stab myself repeatedly.

I am that dummy that the books were made for, i cant get my head around vlookups, ive done them before but its been trial and error and this one in making me want to jump off my roof. Is there anyone online now that can give me 5 mins of their time to help me set this thing up.

how do i get the At Bats (AB) to appear for each of last nights lineup in the 1st table (but showing their career numbers against tonights pitcher in the top oone) ermmmmm
