Ok here is a rough itinerary for the weekend.

Some people will arrive Saturday and some on the raceday which is Sunday (Heniek!).

Tickets:

Tickets will cost £50 each (£35 if not playing poker) to be paid via paypal or bank transfer in advance, before August 31st so we have the numbers confirmed. We can't add you to the list before it is paid from now on. PM me for details as I don't want to put sensitive information on here.

What do I get for the ticket price?

Entry into the racecourse, coach to the races and back. Free drinks while at the races, free drinks and food back at Barry's. Dealer hire for all the poker and the hire of Barry's itself.

This price is for members and moderators, regardless of status.

Arrive:

Birmingham on Saturday September 13th or Sunday September 14th.

Hotel:

Etap Hotel - http://www.etaphotel.com/etaphotel/f...he_hotel.shtml - Some may choose to stay elsewhere.

Cost:

Prices are £38.00 per night, which is superb value.

What we're doing, where to meet?

Saturday: Drinks at Sports Cafe, Broad Street from 7pm.

Sunday:

We'll leave the Etap Hotel at 12pm Sunday.

Transport:

Coach will take everyone to the course and back, leaving at 12pm and 5.20pm coming back.

Races:

Sunday 15th March, first race 2:10pm. Leave course at 5.20pm (last race 4.50pm) and go back to Barry's.

Stratford Dress Code:

Tattersalls Enclosure - No big deal on dress code.

After Races - Poker and Party Time back at Barry's!

Here we will be having our mandatory quick fire poker tournament, which is a freeroll with trophy and some prizes mixed in. You will also find a few other things happening and later on you'll be struggling to get me off the karaoke!

Drinks are paid for here and also a nice curry at some point.

Awesome. Really looking forward to this. have never been to Stratford racecourse either, so another to tick off from my list. Will be there, but will have to leave after the races Sunday night as I won't be able to get the Monday off work...

If I am back in the UK then and my intention is to be I should be attending. Need to make sure that I have the time off from work before I book my flight from Denver - Heathrow - Manchester.
