Default Back in time......

Its been done before but not for ages so.....

If you could go back in time where /when would you go.

Id like to go back to the early years of America during the wild west.
Hoping that id be a gunslinger roaming from town to town collecting bounty.

Spitting baccy whilst sleeping under the stars shagging prossies in every town.

Wearing my colt and having a faithful mule.

where would you go back to....

we were having a conversation about this other day and about whether time travel would ever be possible. we came to the conclusion that it would never be possible, becuase you dont see anyone nowadays that having come back in time from a future date.
but AHHH we thought, what if Bill Gates is not the proper inventor of microsoft, and really just some guy who invented a time machine in the year 3005 and went back in time and nicked Mr Windows pioneering operating system and claimed it as his??

good point. although if someone said to you "yeah i come from the year 4012" your most likely response is not

"wow, so time travel can happen"

personally i think it is possible. purely because ive never seen a convincing argument for why it definetely cant be. simplistic but there you go

if nicholas lyndhurst can do then why cant we

komp, (or anyone) have you still got that link you posted ages ago now for that john somebody guy who claimed he could time travel? that was an interesting read ....

If it was possible i'd like to go right back to the beginning of the universe and find out exactly how it all started.

back to 1984 and the carefree days of college

and I'd have hair too !!
back then with the knowledge of women i have now would be lethal
cos to be honest, back then we didn't have a clue
or were they as tight as we thought ?
i'd just love to be using the psychology of now back then and also the self-confidence when you actually don't give a sh1t
back then everything was mortifying life-or-death stuff

plus i'd make more of Leeds winning the league in '92 too ! !

Actually, I'd go back to 1998 when I turned down a 3 some with my mates girlfriend and his 21-yr old sister out of respect for him

I'd go back in time to a week last wednesday when i had the day off work and sat around in my boxers playing Pro Evolution Soccer.

Alternatively, Liverpool v Arsenal , Anfield 1989, as i was only 10 and too young to properly appreciate what had just happened

Had been an emotional month and a bit with stuff that had gone on at that time and all... was only 7 at the time, just remember standing there in tears and disbelief.......Can imagine that if I supported the Dark Side it would have been a good game.

But, we got Michael Thomas off you and he took us on to better things. So who's laughing now eh!
