I am just getting over a touch of the flu but am left with my sinuses playing up.

Everytime I blow my nose or sniff, I get a disgusting taste in my mouth. My work mate reckons my sinuses are infected.

Any good remedies out there??????

(no, I'm not going to cover my balls with yak semen)

Try:

Mega-dose Vitamin C (20,000 mg to 50,000 mg daily) - or until you are on the verge of diarrhea. A clove of Garlic.

Drink plenty of fluids, vodka 80% proof

I cant shift this bad cough Ive got, had it for over 3 weeks now Im sick to death of coughing shite up in a morning.
I sound like I smoke 60 per day ffs.
