Default underlying averages

I am wondering what the underlying averages for 1X2 results are in the English Premier League. Anyone know any sites with long term data from which I could get (or calculate) this?

Any thoughts on whether the game has evolved to an extent that some data may be out of date/irrelevant?

Are there any reasons to suggest that draws (for example) are more or less likely now than in the past. Are there any underlying trends?

How many home wins, draws and away wins might we expect in 2002/2003?

Kspotz has an archive going back to WW2 I think.

I think the last 10 years gives a pretty good average. I think it's about H47, D27, A26 or something like that. Varies very little from year to year.

At some point in the 2002/03 season, I'm going to add a small members subscription (one-off, not monthly) to my site and will be provide Excel data for the divisions I cover back to the early 1990s.
