| Hello together, I'm new to this forum and I first want to introduce myself. I'm 50 years old und do betting since I'm 18. I'm interested in Soccer and US Sport and this leads us to my problem. For Excel you can get add on software of the above described category. I would like to try such software for sport predictions, but the problem is: Where am I able to get databases which are big enough (covering a few years at least), reliable (updated) and can be read by Excel (as .csv for example). Especially I would be interested in US Sports (NBA, NFL, NHL) and European Soccer. Does anybody know such sites (it's ok if there are pay sites, too, if they are worth the money)??? This approach to a safer betting is only one piece out of many pieces for sure, but it would be a nice possibility to round up the opinion about a match. Thanks a lot in advance for your suggestions and have a nice day ![]() |

| Want to say hello again and thank you for your tipps :-) I became a member of Football Data and this one was exactly what I was looking for. But I'm still searching for similar data concerning US Sport. Seems to be really difficult and even to google doesn't help a lot. If I get something I'm gonna put it in here - so keep your fingers crossed for my search ;-) Have nice day and have the right nose for your tipps. | Before you plough into the stats, I'd suggest taking a long look at the NN market, choosing which option appeals to you and reading an awful lot of the company info on that product. Your NN will only be as good as the data you include/don't include, and, imo, it's better to include only what really matters as it's you who has to update it every bloody game/day/week. Good luck. |
