Julian Barker Tipster? - The Punters Lounge

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has heard of Julian Barker, he supposed to be a tipster of some sort promising fortunes if you sign up, my dad got a letter from him and very nearly fell for it, i suspect its a scam but would like to know if anyone else got the mail or has any other info.

Hi BH I received the same letter a few months backed. All very glossy.Never heard of him before.
Binned it straight away.

Man, I hate people who try and push things like this.

I do like the fact that when you google "julian barker" the first hit is a thread on another board talking about what a sham he is, including this complaint made to the ASA:

Must have a fair old wack to send out all these glossy letters to people.

Let's hope some more people complain and reduce the number of jokers out there by one. Needless to say, if one arrives on my doormat - I'll be onto the ASA like a shot.

Whenever I get mailing like this I tear it all up, put it in the envelope they send along with it and post it back to them.

Childish, I know but it gives me a good minute or so of laughter when I put the letter through the postbox!
